Dr. Russell Benjamin Cooper Owens

After many years decided time to leave. Office wanted payment up front, at one point thought they were going to charge a cancellation fee for something out of my control. Dr. Talks back his recommendations, is concerned mostly with referring to friends. Turned the office into a movie theater (movie playing was not appropriate- hygienist did change it. How embarrassing). All glitz NO professionalism and high office staff turn-over.. very disappointed!!! Family of 7!

I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS. Was very nervous to go. Dr. Owens was not only gentle, but explained everything to me in a way I completely understood what was going on. Front office staff was very friendly and the office was super clean. I will be having the rest of my family go here!

I was a new patient. I have insurance. I have a very very painful tooth. all they were concerned about was their pay. they did not ask me one question about my pain or my tooth only how they would get paid. I would not recommend this dentist 0 Stars
