Dr. Hillsley is thorough, attentive and extremely knowledgeable of my condition. I’ve been seeing him for years, and will do so (even though I live in another State), until he retires. I highly recommend him.
Not a review for the doctor. We showed up for my son’s 1:00 appointment yesterday 1/31/23, but they canceled saying the appointment wasn’t necessary. Ok, couldn’t someone taken the time to call, saving us the trip to Baltimore? We better not receive a bill.

Dr. Hillsley and his staff are great. He really cares about his patients. I have been seeing him since November 2003. I have a pacemaker and defibrillator. He is a great listener. He has never rushed my appointment. He sees one of my daughter's. Hope he is there to see my other daughter's also. He is a wonderful cardiologist.

Dr Hillsley is an outstanding cardiologist who takes the time to talk to each patient and explain what is going on and the process to the correct treatment. I have been a patient of his for 12 years and I would not want to see another cardiologist.

I feel as if Dr. Hillsley takes his time during my visit and allows me to ask questions and sticks with me until he’s sure I understand. Also, he will find an answer for me if he doesn’t know. The doctors in this practice work together for the good of the patient.

Dr. Hillsley is amazing! He did my defibrillator surgery and he is so kind and attentive. I love his assistant Jackie. She always makes sure I have all my appointments lined up and my meds. I highly recommend this team if you are looking for a great cardiologist!

He diagnosed my illness where none of the other physicians I saw had. The way he communicates with me, lead me to trust him. Dr. Hillsley had been my Cardiologist for several years and this visit like previous visits was excellent. He knows and understands cardiology, keeps up to date, explains my condition and treatment. He is always willing to listen to my concerns and discuss them. He will continue to be my Cardiologist.
Everyone is very friendly and professional. Check in is fast. Did not have a long wait. Been coming here since 2008. Doctors are wonderful.
All the needs for my heart were taken care off. I’ve had a heart doctor prior to Dr Hillsley and I’ve never experienced how thorough my checkups were. I’ve learn a lot regarding my pacemaker. His staff are also excellent. I felt comfortable and was taken proper care of when dealing with my heart.
Listens intently, asks questions and works you to discuss options and formulate a treatment plan.
Dr. Hillsley has become my primary heart doctor. He takes time to discuss all procedures/treatments throughly. He is forthright with pluses as well as any negatives. He has Helped me to get a handle on my Afib and other concerns with final decisions up to me. I’m very comfortable with his expertise and happy that he will recommend another specialist if he feels it is necessary. The office staff are all very pleasant and efficient. You will feel comfortable when you have an appointment.
Arriving at Saint Agnes on June 2nd, I felt no anxiety. I knew Dr. Hillsley from a previous surgery and I knew he would take care of me. He entered my cubicle with a smile on his face and a soft, reassuring voice. After his introduction, he explained my procedure to me. He explained who the team was that would be assisting him in my surgery. Dr. Hillsley is a GREAT doctor. I would recommend him to anyone I know with a cardiac issue and to people who may know others with cardiac issues especially if they are a family member. Dr. Hillsley, the surgical team who assisted in my surgery and the nurses who prepped me for my surgery are professional, caring, kind and attentive to their patients, namely me. Right now I'm sitting here smiling as I think about my new Defibrillator. Thank you Dr Hillsley. You are a great surgeon. YOU ARE GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO. One of the last remaining Physicians with whom one can actually have a relaxed interactive exhaustive consultation, without a feeling of being rushed. Dr Hillsley is an excellent Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist and I would recommend his services highly to those that have had the nasty experience of being rushed through a medical exam, and to all patients at large.
