Rupinder Mann

Without any reservation, Dr. Rupinder Mann is the most through and easy to speak to medical practitioner I have ever had as my primary health provider. She truly cares about her patients.

It's hard to reach her office, the only person I've ever seen has been the nurse practitioner (who, by the way, is extremely kind & helpful), and in no way or form communicated with me about her change in practice of only switching to patients over 55.

Doctor wasn't in the least bit friendly, or a good communicator. She would ask questions and then cut me off, obviously didn't listen. She made some fair suggestions, yet didn't follow up. She is a rather stern individual that I perceive as "I know everything" you're just a patient.

That lady is a total scam artist. I went to her briefly until I found out but she's only in it for profit and continually misdiagnosed my Mom causing her premature death. Stay away!

Terrible with people skills, arrogant and unorganized. *I imagine a good deal of her positive reviews are either fake or from friends. She has to be the worst physician I've ever encountered. Rude, know it all, and factually wrong.

She really listens and understands your health goals and health needs. Her office calls after each visit asking how am I feeling, and is there anything else they can do? A real top notch Dr.

Not happy with her at all....bedside manner is rude.

I have seen her for years, and she has a good run on doing a workup. But she has gotten out of touch. I won't go into it much but view the review the lady from five months ago. Hopefully she has changed since the review a month ago since mine started a year ago. When I disagree d with her, seeing that she sees a lot of patients and hard to keep up with so many. And the documentation and follow up is lacking motivation, she said "find a new doctor if you don't like my care" So I did however not much for the new doctor to go off on, seeing that my care was medical and not anxiety. Let's think about this if some doctors are assuming that since covid patients are suffering from anxiety...what are some doctors suffering from? SOME still have the obligation to treat patients as if their is no covid and they do have underlined issues. I have seen her for years, and she has a good run on doing a workup. Very good doctor. She does not like to waste time but answers all my questions every time and motivates me

Dr. Mann is extremely thorough and intelligent. I trust my life with her. She does not miss anything. So very thankful I have her.

Dr. Mann is very thorough and detailed oriented. During my first appointment she gave me both printed and her own handwritten important information and gave me homework ?? Second appointment she took time explaining all the concerns she had, even drew pictures to illustrate things better. Now that I have more in-depth understanding of what is going on I will be able to do what is asked.

Courteous staff took the time to patiently explain details to me. Dr Mann very caring and ordered extensive testing to be sure I am in optimal health. Dr Mann offered great advice and detailed information that I was able to take home and read. She is a wonderful doctor! I'm so happy I selected Dr Ruppi Mann.

I never write reviews on here but after the appointment I had today I needed to share my experience because I left her office, and never wanted to return. She didn’t listen to what I was telling her and told me I had anxiety even without talking to me for more than five minutes. Honestly worst experience at a doctors office. She didn’t care to listen to me or hear me out. Misdiagnosed me and sent me on my way. She dismissed all of my symptoms, and told me that I needed to talk to a psychologist. She didn’t ask me any questions and just rooted my cause to having anxiety. How would she know without asking me questions first? A questionnaire at least, something, anything. Like nothing. Seeing this woman was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She is the rudest, most unkind person I’ve met. She acts like she hates you because you’re older and doesn’t really want to be bothered with you. She made rude remarks to me, criticizing the way I look, insulting me. She is horrible and should definitely not be in the position to abuse older people.

Always thorough and a good listener

Dr. Mann is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. She literally saved my life!!! I recommend her beyond what words can express!

Dr. Rupinder Mann is extremely knowledgeable. You get in promptly even in this difficult time. Her office staff is kind and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was my doctor until issuance changed but if it changes again I would love to go back to her.

Fantastic care. My mother is very weak and has difficulty leaving home. Dr. Mann has arranged home visits, home blood draws and has even given us cellular enabled blood pressure machine and weighing scale so that she can track my mothers fluid overload and heart problems. Due to all of this my mother has not needed to go to the emergency room even once during coronavirus.

Dr. Mann is a conscientious, well informed, thorough and kind physician. She has always been correct in her diagnoses and regularly makes referrals to specialists. I have been going to her for about 5-6 years now and wouldn't think of going to another physician for my general care. She is the best!

Dr. Rupi is very thorough and caring. She listens to her patients and works with them when they feel they need changes made to their care. This includes medications. I am very happy that I have her as my PCP.

Watch out for your Medicare and insurance billing from her carefully. She charged over $600.00 for a new patient visit including a bogus claim for 30 minutes to discuss advance directive care. The total appt. was 5-6 minutes, and we provided our own Advanced Directive, which she never asked about. She is totally ripping off the Medicare system.

Waited and hour and a half for an appointment, then no apology. This Dr. and staff can do better, especially since senior patients are her specialty. Staff asking questions facing computer rather than the patient, difficult for hard of hearing patients.

Dr. Mann is knowledgeable, approachable, trustworthy, and has a great chair-side manner. She asks if I have any questions or concerns and Dr. Mann addresses every one of them! My search is over !!!

Great manner and very knowledgeable, my mother in law recommended her and now my whole family goes to her , wish she saw children too.

This office is run in an unfriendly manner. They don't accept "walk-ins" even if you have been her patient for 13 years and are coughing up a lung. She has a cold bedside manner and I would not refee to anyone!!

I have known Dr Mann for 15 years, she has been my primary MD for 6 years. She is caring, compassionate, and spends plenty of time with me.

Dr Mann is a very caring and attentive doctor. She took her time during my visit, was very professional in answering all the questions that I had. I would definetelly recomend this doctor to anyone .

Dr. Mann is a very nice person, however, I had great difficulty with getting the help I needed when I got severe laryngitis. She made me wait 11 weeks!!! to get referred to an ENT to help me with the laryngitis. I suffered greatly those 11 weeks. Her excuse was she wanted to wait until after the holidays to refer me! My laryngitis started in November and I had to wait until January to get referred. When she finally submitted the referral, her staff requested that I see the wrong specialist.

She's a good doctor, she takes care of me. She's helped me through some hard times, and… she's really nice. My husband likes her also and, my sister, so I recommended her to… her too. My whole family is happy with her and so it goes.

She will not call back. She has been attending to my dad in the hospital 8 Days. We are on his HDR, and desperately need a conservatorship form completed but she just ignores every message we leave. She also ‘discharged’ our dad to a subacute facility and apparently sent him w no orders in terms of what kind of medical treatment and IV Med he needed. The rehab tried for 4 hours to get her to call them... she ignored them too Being a ‘good’ Dr means communicating with family and patients.

Dr Mann saved my life when I had pneumonia which was not getting better and found out to my utter dismay that a mass developed under the pneumonia, she stayed on top of this with scans and eventually an underlining cancerous tumor was found in my lung .Dr. Mann is a rare caring doctor. I would recommend her highly.

Doctor and staff does not listen and enter correct information into patient's medical record! Always problems with getting referrals done correctly.... losing of documentation.... pushing the buck onto someone else office other than theirs ..... chasing after prescriptions being submitted properly etc.

Dr. Mann is amazing and very knowledgeable and responsive. She takes extra time to understand your issue and responds immediately to any follow-up concerns you have.She came highly recommended by my heart Doctor and I am very pleased.

She would have let me die without even returning my calls. If you scrape a knee, Dr. Mann would be perfect. If you need a doctor in a life-threatening situation, think again. I had pain in my arm and back and my blood pressure was high. Days 1 - 3: call Dr. M's office each day - no return call. Day 4: bp still up, went to urgent care to discover I had had an MI. Dr. Mann showed up in my hospital room after heart surgery to explain that she employed 5 girls. Maybe she needs a woman or two.

On my first appointment with Dr, Mann she asked about the conditions I had been treated for by my previous Dr. ( Have just moved to the area) When I attempted to explain my conditions to her she rudely interrupted me and said there were too many things wrong with me and would deal with them later. On the second visit I requested to be sent to pain management and was sent to a Chiropractor. Her front office staff is extremely rude.

Dr. Mann has been a great provider since our very first meeting. She provides care without judgement and spends time with me to understand what my options are and allows me to provide input into what direction to pursue my health care goals. I feel I am heard and my input taken into account. I would highly recommend her to all my friends, colleagues and family.
