I really appreciate my being served at the doctor 's office.Eduardo da Silveira, MD listened attentively to my problem, answered all my questions,gave all necessary information about my treatment and prescribed medication that I got the next day at the local pharmacy.The staff was also good,they scheduled my next appointment.Thanks a lot!

Staff very friendly..

Dr R. Garcia is the best doctor to see for your digestive problems. He explains to you everything you need to know regarding your condition.

I had an appt.with Dr. Garcia 2 weeks ago and was very professional,explained the procedure to be done.His assistant was very nice when giving the instructions before the procedure but the only thing is a long wait which will be 5months wait.

My online visit with Dr. Garcia was very simple and easy to the point regarding a colonoscopy the last thing he said to me is my assistant will be calling you within a couple of hours to make your appointment it’s been five days and I still have not been given a call And no appointment has been made

I got to inSite office about 15 minutes early filled out some papers and was taken into the doctor's office immediately by the doctor's assistant. Dr Ruel Garcia came in within a few minutes he explain to me about the test that he was going to do asked if I had questions answered my questions. He I felt was very honest with me about what might be my diagnosis. He spent a good amount of time in the office with me. Office was very need clean and efficient. His assistant spent about 15 minutes with me explaining the procedure that I was going to have to do and took time for questions. All in all it was a very good experience. I had an endoscopy and a colonoscopy yesterday which was done by Dr. Garcia and it was such an easy experience. I had to come one hour earlier than my actual 1:45pm appointment but they rolled me into the OR right on time. Everyone there was very kind and professional. The procedure was a breeze. Dr. Garcia came to see me afterwards to tell me about the findings and I even came home with a copy of all the photos of my digestive system. I highly recommend Dr. Garcia. I apologize with you Dr. Ruel T. Garcia MD, but I write this note with attention to a survey sent to me by InSite with respect to a medical appointment that I had yesterday, Tuesday 09 at 10:10am. According to my perception I had a very bad experience with the doctor - EDUARDO da SILVA - since he had a bad professional behavior with me, in addition to being a conceited and presumptuous braggart. However, I want to congratulate the staff who receives their patients with respect, kindness and courtesy. I had a follow up visit with dr Garcia today to discuss about the result of my colonoscopy. It was a wonderful experience. I found him so caring. I had a lot of questions and he spent enough time with me to make sure to answer all of my questions. He was so patient and explained to me every details. He didn’t rush me at all. He also has very caring team members in their surgical center. I had a very good experience during my colonoscopy as well. I was very anxious when they were taking me to the operating room for endoscopy and colonoscopy, but the anesthesiologist, the lady(Jackie) and gentelman who were in there were so kind and compassionate and helped me relax. Great experience with Dr. Garcia and his professional staff.The ability to be seen online for my initial appointment was important for quick treatment.

Had my first appt with Dr G aka Dr Gannavarapu yesterday. Extremely pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and listening skills. We developed a plan and was able to schedule procedures within 2 weeks. Staff was very helpful!

Meet with Dr. Gannavarapu yesterday for my spouse David’s upcoming colonoscopy. He was very thorough and answered all our questions and concerns.

I came to his clinic for colon screening, my first time for such, and explained to me what will happen during the entire process which is shown on the large screen. Dr. Garcia is a nice guy who is easy to talked to, very calmed.

I didn't meet with Dr. Garcia, but I had Dr Eduado Da Silveira, who was referred by my primary physician. I had a great 1st meeting with Dr. E da Silveria. There were a few questions at first that weren't clearly answered by the administration staff, but eventually cleared up by the staff. I look forward to the operation by Dr. E da Silverira. Dr. Garcia gave me a clear explanation of my health condition . Also, he explained that Fribroscan was a necessary procedure for me to evaluate my NAFLD condition, and I agreed that the fribroscan was a reasonable scan I need.

Dr. Garcia is a great doctor with a great personality. He is very kind, caring, informative and has a great sense of humor.

1. Scheduling: Front desk is very helpful - they followed up every step of the way and assured safety, process and re-confirmed every step. 2. Pre-Op check-in - following all COVID protocols, they made me comfortable and explained the process and talked to put me at ease while administering IV 3. Dr Pak and Dr. Ruel Garcia both came by before the Op, introduced themselves, explained the process again, timing etc. and post-op procedures. 4. The Colonoscopy itself was very easy for me (first time I actually had to wear a gown in Hospital in my 62 years) - walked me through the steps, explaining each step and I did not even know that the procedure was over when I woke up. 5. Had all paper work ready, got me ready to go home. I do not have much hospital experience but they made it so easy! Thank you Front desk, nurses, Doctors for the best and easy treatment possible. Nice office, helpful, courteous staff and a short wait all made for a nice experience. Dr. Garcia explaining my options for a colonoscopy. He subsequently performed my colonoscopy and made the usually unpleasaant procedure easy as can be. Highly recommended.

I have struggled with heartburn and constipation for the past 10 years. For a long time I just tried to self remedy the problem and spent countless nights suffering not being able to sleep. When I met with Dr. Garcia he did an excellent job of explaining the issues I'm dealing with, and showing me using an interactive board in his office. His advice has been life changing. There are no magic pills to fix these issues, just some common sense self-care practices. I;m so thankful

he is the best dr in San jose and vey nice staff. first time I took my dad and dr. and his staff we love him. we feel warm welcome and dr. spend his time and explain everything to us. I always recommend to my friends to dr Garcia
