Terrible appointments scheduling. Long waiting time to see the doctor. Constant appointment cancelation without notice. Four months to 1st appointment, 6 months for study. This is March and yet to complete study. I scheduled an appt. For study review using a video call. I called to inquire why l was not given a link just before the appointment. I was told the doctor was behind and l would be called shortly. I was never called back.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Chris was very nice and helpful. I was pleased with how my test was conducted.

Dr. Ruchi Bansal is sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. No rush feeling. Office staff are nice.

I like Dr Bansal but am very unhappy with their office. Wait time at appointments are long. I have also waited 13 days for a refill for my oxygen. This is after numerous calls from both me and the oxygen company. Just got it this AM but haven’t gotten my supplies yet. Not a happy camper!!!

Dr Bansal is great. My only complaint is the wait times. The doctors are seriously over booked. I arrived on time and the waiting room was so crowded patients were having to stand. I was told there were 6 people in front of me.

It was a great experience she is very nice and caring. She very informative and explained everything and answered all my questions without hesitation and not at all annoyed by it even tho she has probably answered the same exact questions millions of times

The consult was easy and quick but for having a 2:15pm appointment and not getting seen until almost 4:00pm was a bit ridiculous. And a month or so after the sleep study, I have been calling and speaking to people at front desk about needing all records of my sleep study and each time I call they say they’ll get them together and call me when ready. Well, they’ve been saying that for 5 weeks or so now and still no records. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Dr. Bansal was empathetic, patient, and a good listener. She's a fountain of knowledge. So far so good!

Dr. Bansal is phenomenal, she listens & truly cares about each of us as patients. You will never feel like just another number at her office. My favorite part of being her patient is that she listens to all my concerns, patiently answers all my questions & works to find the strategy of care that works individually for you. It is much too difficult to find a great specialist in our county, I am so thankful she serves the patients in our community. There is a bit of a wait time, but this only speaks as a testament of her being the specialist people trust, trust me the wait will be worth it. The office wait area is somewhat small, but it is clean & I appreciate that they require masks. You can also request phone consultations, which will sometimes require your patience, call & remind the office if you don’t receive the call on time. Then be patient because she will call, because she actually cares. Dr. Bansal is phenomenal, she listens & truly cares about each of us as patients. I love Dr Bansal, she is very compassionate, intuitive and experienced. The only negative on this occasion was the wait time. I was early for my appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen.

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE ....

Terrible experience. Canceled appointment that was a month out at 6:15 the night before. Took 4 tries to get someone to answer the phone to reschedule. Decided to cancel all future appointments and go somewhere else. Not the only pulmonologist in town. Will not return.

Dr. Bansal is an amazing doctor! She is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very bright! And she listens! I was worried about changing pulmonologists because I really liked my doctor, but she went to work for Kaiser, so I couldn’t see her any more. What a great choice in Dr. Bansal! My primary care practitioner referred me, and he always refers us to the best doctors, so I knew she had to be top-notch, and she Is! I have worked very hard to have incredibly good insurance, and could go to any doctor I wanted to, and I choose Dr. Bonsall! Thank you for caring so much about me and helping me so much!

Great service. Friendly Courteous staff.

Staff was friendly and answered my questions. Abby, my technician, explained what every wire was for and throughout the night was a great help. The facility was very clean and organized as well as the restrooms. Overall great experience and would recommend to others.

Dr Bansal's practice at Prime Pulmonary seems like a new-ish practice, but care is top notch. I've seen her for Cpap treatment, and it's the first time in the 10+ years of using these machines that I have felt that I have an interested doctor involved in my treatment. Can't say enough good things about her.
