Dr. Roy Koga

Dr Koga has been my general practition doctor for over 20 years He can be brash at times but tells you like it is & doesn't sugarcoat things -I like that style. I have had pretty positive results from him over the years and I'm very happy to recommend him to anyone.

I have been with Dr. Koga since I was 18 years old, when he first opened his practice in Downtown Hilo, back In the 70’s. I have always received nothing but the best care from him... His work ethics may be old school, to which some may not agree with, but it works for me... He is always right on when it comes to treating the ailments that I’ve gone to see him for??. Hey, what can I say, I’m still alive and I’m over 60, and Dr. Roy Koga has played a major role in providing me with superior care..... I am both forever grateful and thankful to him and his staff for their dedication in providing me and the community of Hilo with superior service and healthcare??...

That Doctor is very bad when it comes to heath!! He is the most self center person!

Roy Koga should not be a doctor.. Spends all his time on his computer.. He really does try to fake or lie about labwork.. Very dangerous.. Defiantly needs to be out of practice from the medical field..

I have been with Dr. Koga for over 7 years, he has provided me with great services. He is old school Dr. tells it like it is and gets the testing needed for your health. I get most of my treatment with him and the VA but I have great services from him and his staff. He has follow ups, sits and talks about your concerns, even explains what is the issues diagnosed with a printout of the problems, I like him and his staff. Straight to the point Doctor no sugar coating.

Worst doctor ever. Spends all his time on computer. Can't remember the reason for appointment. Doesn't remember human anatomy. Appears to suffer some form of dementia. Gives false interpretation of lab reports or pretends to have labs when he can't find them. This guy is dangerous. If you want to live, find another doctor!

Very insensitive to concerns. Doesn't explain treatments. Uses foul language.
