Great experience

Dr. Luss Doesn't call people back to update a patients current situation. Only giving him 1 star because its bot possible to give him one half star. We have waited for over a week and still haven't heard one word. Completely disrespectful to the family of a patient.

Unempathetic. I almost died he not care about patients needs. I had a disagreement because I was distraught over a death. This office I went every month for 4 years. Never made another appointment. I was taking Clonazepam for about 20 I decided I would tapper myself off, wich I did in a 6 week from. I only had a small sliver left thought ok. Woke up Saturday morning and started to feel the withdrawals and it kept getting worst and on Weds wet to ER they gave me some fluids and medication and sent me home. I felt your tortured for next 4 days finally on Sunday went back and this time they did the save thing but they gave me a week plan on how ween off of this correctly. Now I have to find a doctor that actually cares.

Love him! Been going to him 10 years I would never change he is great!

My father is in a post acute rehab facility his left side isn’t working I’ve tried leaving Dr Luss Rosner messages for a call back the case manager has also no reply no notes are left for the nurses so they don’t know what’s going on horrible experience with him so far!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience with Dr. Luss! My dad has been submitted in a rehab facility for almost a month and haven't even met our spoken to Dr.Luss once. Employee at facility paged him and left him messages and never received a call back. Employee also stated that his contact info can not be given out which is BS. One of the best Dr.s I have been to since moving to Vegas....

My husband saw Dr. Luss in Sunrise hospital yesterday and he was so professional, took the time to answer all our questions, and when he was released today and I had an issue with his sugar after surgery I called his office and within 15 minutes I got a call back and help with what to do. Doctors don't do that anymore! We were very impressed with him and seriously considering switching doctors. Horrible no communication I leave him a message no reply the case manager leaves him a message no reply my father is assigned to him after stroke like symptoms nothing from this guy

Inattentive, lackadaisical, abrasive. First three words that come to mind when accurately describing this physician. In addition to his unprofessional hygenical appearance, Had no knowledge of the patients case before making statements. Nurse corrected his assessment twice in front of the patient. Not a confidence builder by any means.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Luss I just been through a bad experience with my Dr. Of 5years Dr. Luss made me feel great and I so glad he was recommended. Now I feel and have confidence back in the health care again.

Seen Dr. Luss while I was a patient at Sunrise Hospital. Tests and consults took forever for him to enter into my chart so it could be completed. Took a while for staff/nurses to reach him when needing med changes or other things only the doctor can order. He was in and out so quickly sometimes, that I would not understand what all was going on regarding my care. It took getting the patient advocate, case workers, nursing director and floor director involved for my care to get better.

Inattentive and incomplete examinations, does not listen well or ask many questions. Seems ready to leave the second he steps into room.
