Dr. Rosemary Ijeoma Maduka

I have been seeing Dr. Maduka for almost 20 years, she's a genuinely wonderful doctor. I know several people who see her and they very happy with her as well. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable. I trust her decisions with my care, as I have several complicated health issues. When I'm in need, I get quick responses. Rosemary, her assistant, is awesome too, they make a great, caring medical team.

Dr. Maduka takes the time to listen to & address any concerns. When I've called to discuss a medication or health issue, either the doctor or her Assistant Rosemary return my call in a timely manner.

My favorite doctor. The only doctor I've ever been able to talk to about anything. Very pleasant, kind, and thorough.

Unhappy my wife could not go in with me. My English is not the greatest. When she called to make sure she could go in she was told yes. But the day of the appointment she was told NO, she could not go in. Everyone should be on the same page! Understand there is Covid still going around but that's why we wear a mask and disinfect before going in the actual room to be seen in. Plus the time at doctors office is less that what we wait to be called at the waiting room. Not professional to say one thing and then another thing! What if that was you and your wife? Dr. Maduka is hands down the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. She has been my entire family's doctor for many years. We all just adore her and appreciate her commitment and true interest and concern for our health and well-being.

DR. Maduka is very professional and personable. She did a complete physical(I mean complete!) and she listened to what I had to say. Very satisfied!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Maduka's for a while now and absolutely love her. She is very compassionate and caring. Recently, I had my yearly physical. Dr. Maduka's office was very helpful esp. with the coronvirus. policy changes. Thank you so much I know this is a very trying time for the medical field.

Dr. Maduka is a wonderful doctor! She is smart and cares for people in a sincere manner. I think she is the best doctor by far! Her assistant Rosemary is the best too! What a great team! Her nurse always calls back in a timely manner and is helpful and professional. Her office staff have been very cheerful and polite. But recently, unfortunately, her new office help, Sharon, is absolutely the worst in customer service. She is consistently unprofessional and acts irritable and snippy. She asks inappropriate questions and acts like a gate keeper instead of helping people. I have never been treated this poorly. My daughter said that she too had a bad experience with her being impatient. Sharon is not a good fit.

Same, poor communication from this office. Switched my primary though so, good riddance.

Double billed on Co-Pay. Collected lickity split at office then sent a double dip bill a week later. The "mistake" ALWAYS benefits them NEVER you. Ever notice that? If it was an accident then do you want carelessness handling your most important thing ? Your HEALTH . Called billing spoke Ashley who couldn't correct and got snippy when I was disappointed I had to deal with this error, not my fault, for the next couple of weeks, months. Whatever happened to 'We apologize for any inconvenience". It was like I was bothering her. Cant see going back there

For some reason I cant see the response that was left on my one star review. If it's asking why I left it, both Dr Maduka and (the other) Rosemary know why. And I am still so upset and disappointed by the two of you. Now I completely understand that you want to avoid a lawsuit, but I loved you guys and was a patient from the time I was a kid. As time went on and I had kids you got to know them and I even had their father go to you. A simple apology would have been graciously accepted and we could have laughed about the whole thing. But instead.. well you know what you did! And now I'm left wondering about all those years when you didnt help me when I needed it the most. Maybe you really did mistake me for someone else that time.. Rosemary, you and I laughed about it over the phone. So when you denied ever having that conversation with me, were you having an "off day" like you said Dr. Maduka must have been having that day in December when she mistook me for another patient who just so happens to be a drug addict?! BUT ITS FINE. I GET IT. IT IS MEDICAL MALPRACTICE AND YOURE NOT INTO BEING HONEST WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN YOUR PATIENT FOR WHAT, OVER 10 YEARS? So I'm left wondering Dr. Maduka if you actually thought I was a heroin user and that's why you never helped me with my pain all those years.I know how you handle my getting my aunt her pain medication. I have a broken spine which I need at least two surgeries for and have been in pain all my F!!!CKING LIFE. When I was younger, I didn't leave there crying those times because I wanted to get HIGH and you denied me that?? I LEFT CRYING BECAUSE I NEVER WANTED TO GO TO SLEEP BECAUSE I HATED WAKING UP IN AGONY EVERY S.I.N.G.L.E DAY!!!! I wanted to feel like a real person. I wanted to be able to have my friends over or go out but every activity I did, even showering was exhausting and painful. And I told you that. I bled my heart out to you more than once trying to get your help. Did you not believe me? I dont understand. I was clean as can be and and any blood that was drawn from me would have shown that. I wouldn't be a school bus driver! I'm SO angry and I'm sad and I deserve an explanation and an apology! Time has helped as much as it possibly can, but I'm still bitter as hell about this if you cant tell. But I have every single right to feel this way. Shame on you two! I would still accept an apology because I DO UNDERSTAND WHY you denied it.. But you could have trusted me and handled that situation SO much better.
