Dr. Bonilla ordered nearly $4000 in lab tests for routine STD testing. Be careful it appears she has a racket with Quest Diagnostics. You are better off going to an honest doctor that isn't looking to scam you. And good luck ever getting a call back!

Not a fan of how this office practices. I’m having an issue and decided to look for an OBGYN nearby. I made an appointment via ZocDoc for sometime next week. I was sent an email requesting “patient forms” that had to be filled out prior to confirming the appointment. Fine- I completed it to its entirety with personal information about myself, social security numbers, credit card number, etc. Only to receive a phone call 5 minutes later from the office saying “ZocDoc isn’t in sync with our appointments and the next available is in a month”. Therefore, I filled out all of this personal information, only to be told I couldn’t be seen for a month. #1- If the practice knows ZocDoc (online appointment platform) isn’t in sync with your appointments, why advertised that you offer online booking? I understand , things happen, BUT.. If you KNOW your appointment booking system doesn’t work/isn’t accurate, why don’t you EMAIL or CALL the patients to advise them of this PRIOR to requesting personal information from them? Once a person confirms the appointment works for them, you can ask for all the personal information/“packets” your heart desires. The same way you emailed telling me to go to your website to fill out forms... you could’ve advised that your system doesn’t work and appointments are being made for a month ahead. I left work early to make it to the appointment 30 minutes early. The lady at the front desk gave me the paperwork to fill out. This entire time no one informed me that they do not accept cash and that they are required to put a debit card on file. After completing all the paperwork, the lady at the front desk tells me that they are required to put a debit card on file or they will not see me. I found myself at Dr. Bonilla’s office nearing the end of my first trimester. I had a bad experience with another OB and was terrified it would happen again. I couldn’t be any happier that she was there for me for the rest of my pregnancy. She made me feel heard with every question and patiently listened to my concerns. Although, we did end up having a c-section in the best interest of baby and me, she waiting 18 hours of my induced labor and I never once felt pressured. She is simply AMAZING!
