I really like her knowledge. She's right to the point and that's the kind of doctor I want helping me. I was there today and the staff was friendly and professional and I am confident that this doctors knows what she's doing and I appreciate that.

Dr. Diakos shouldn't be practicing anymore she doesn’t care for patients and her actions prove that! Our family was transitioning over to community network and up to this point all of the staff has been so wonderful- then I met Diakos! She walked in started talking about my diagnoses and then said btw I am dr. Diakos so she had diagnosed me at her desk before even meeting me or asking me what was going on. I told her I was in pain once I did get a word in and she basically laughed at me and told me there is no way! Excuse me!!! I am pretty sure I know how I feel!?! Then she proceeds to tell me that the ultra sound the ER took was inaccurate basically and so was the CT and and I needed to follow up with my PCP. After examine me before she walked out of the room when I asked for a doctors note she said for what and was super rude like how dare I!?!. That was a HUGE inconvenience to her. Needless to say I got a second opinion and I won’t ever be seeing her again.

My experience with Dr. Diakos started out good then went bad very fast. When I first spoke to her about tubal ligation, she said I had to be 25, have a boy and a girl, and have my husband's consent. Yesterday, I went to speak with her about it, again, and she said that I don't have ovarian cancer and another pregnancy would not put my life in danger so she will not do it until I am 30. Basically she made me feel bad about not having cancer and not wanting more children. She did not discuss other methods of birth control with me, as I cannot use traditional methods like the shot, patch, IUD, etc. She told me to find another doctor and left the room. This was all in front of my 4 year old daughter.

Rose Diakos pushed aspirin on me at 12 weeks pregnant because it supposedly prevents preeclampsia and because it’s protocol to recommend it to every client, along with the Covid vaccine. However I am not high risk for preeclampsia, so I politely informed her I would not be taking it, as it’s my choice, and that choice should be respected. She continued to push it, and I didn’t say anything. At my last appointment she asked if I was taking it and I said no. She got loud and rude saying do I want a blood clot? Then preceded to get in my face almost yelling, telling me why I needed to take it, but it’s still my choice if that’s what I want. She checks the baby’s heart beat, says I’ll see you in 4 weeks, and then passive aggressively leaves the room. My mom was there, she can also tell you how mean Dr. Rose was to me, and how rude and unprofessional of a display it was to witness. I already found a new doctor. Never coming back here again. I went to her for an IUD placement and followed up with her recently for some concerns I was having. When I started to tell her what was going on she cut me off while I was speaking. I didn't even finish telling her my concerns, and she was very nonchalant like it was no big deal. Even before I got out what my concerns are. I will not be back. She ordered an ultrasound, and I found a different doctor to follow up with after my ultrasound. I went to her for an IUD placement and followed up with her recently for some concerns I was having. She did not listen to me when I came in with concerns. She made it seem like no big deal and barely spent three minutes with me. She didn't even let me finish telling her was going on. I will not be going back, and I made an appointment with a different doctor to follow up my ultrasound.

I seen Dr. Rose Diakos for the first time yesterday. This entire office was AMAZING. All the staff. So kind. So personable. Dr. Diakos listened to my concerns, where the last two doctors did not. She took extra steps to insure she could find me relief and give me the proper treatment needed through testing and diagnostics. This way she can target the exact problem and get me taken care of. I can not thank her enough for her kindness and willingness to WANT to help me. Thank you to the entire staff in the St. John Office. I really enjoyed my experience. I will be the first to admit I’ve had a lot of bad luck with doctors in my time, including my first pregnancy. I was desperate to find someone else for my second pregnancy. Rose Diakos is great! The entire staff is wonderful and they are so efficient and helpful. Dr. Diakos was super down to earth, very professional and legitimately concerned about my well being and the well being of my baby. I have nothing but great things to say and wish she could be my primary caregiver. I will be the first to admit I’ve had a lot of bad luck with doctors in my time, including my first pregnancy. I have been going to Dr. Rose for years. I started seeing her in the City then followed her practice out to the suburbs. My appoints never feel rushed. While visits are only annually, she takes time to review file before entering room. We discuss anything she said we would watch and address new items. She makes you feel like she cares about you. But be forewarned-you MUST be on time. Arriving always changes the experience.

I’ve been going t Dr. Diakos for years. She knows what she is doing. She delivered my second daughter in an emergency c section. It was a very traumatic birth and there is no one I would have trusted more than her. She checked on me continuously the next few days in the hospital whenever she was making her rounds as well.

She was very inconsiderate and doesn't care about her patients. She had her nurse call me to tell me that I needed to have a biopsy, instead of calling me herself to explain why. I then had to call her several times to find out the results.

I've gone to Dr. Diakos ever since she started her practice. I trust her opinion and trust your abilities in all that she does. She's very capable and very sweet and caring. I know that many of her patients are actually employees of the hospitals that she works at, so that speaks a lot about her talents. I think it is very unfortunate that someone would complaining about traffic and staff in the office. I thought this review was supposed to be about the physician.

I had a horrible experience. I had ignored the old bad comments in reviews about the staff attitude and went ahead. I had come from around 15 miles away and got stuck in traffic so reached 5 minutes later than the scheduled time. The team made me wait for 1 hour 15 mins and charged the amount only to tell that I will have to reschedule the appointment. It was like taking revenge without even understanding the reason. No one had the courtesy to inform about rescheduling. Horrible experience
