I went to Dr. Roz after my OBGYN I had been seeing refused to believe my pain was anything other than just bad cramps. Dr. Roz listened to everything and took action right away. I will forever be grateful.

I started seeing Dr Roz back in 2021 for BHRT, and then I went back for weight loss help in Dec.2021. Let me tell you I was weighing in at my biggest which was 230lbs. I honestly didn't think that I was ever going to see this weight come off. She explained to me that it could just be something that I'm eating. She had ordered some labs for me to get done for food allergy in Dec.2021, and in January of 2022 I did a detox for my body. When my food allergy bloodwork test results came back she went over them with me in detail, and I went Gluten Free from there (Jan.2021). I went from 230lbs to now being 198lbs. I feel so much better and to be able to do this without any medication, and just full dedication on changing my food. Let me tell you this I feel so much healthier. I have more energy and I was able to go off of my stomach medication in two months after going Gluten-Free for my acid indigestion that I couldn't go one day without either. I have Dr Roz to thank for this too. She has really helped me by just listening to me and helping me. She is a great all around Dr. who loves to help woman just like me. After getting blood work results from my primary care I could not get a phone or portal response to my questions about the results. Efficient, understanding and know their stuff. First experience was a good one.

I had my first visit at Total Health and Wellness. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. I saw Carrie today, she was informative and gave me a homework assignment to help me make an informed decision about my care plan. Thank you all for making what is usually a dreaded visit a pleasant experience.

Love the entire staff. I go every 3 months. Every staff member is great. They're kind, helpful, and always understanding! I always come in with my 4 year old and 11 month old (in her stroller) and they are so helpful! Great office all together! Thanks, ladies!

I absolutely love Dr. Jackson and her office staff. I have been coming here for a few years now. They are all always in high spirit and extremely friendly.

Dr. Roz was very polite and explained everything to me. She put me at ease and helped me understand my condition. I would highly recommend her anyone looking for a great doctor.

I left this appointment in tears because Dr. Roz is the first doctor I’ve had that listened to my problems and took them seriously. If I have it my way, she’s the only obgyn I’ll see from now on. Her entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and her office is comfortable and inviting.

Dr. Roz and Dr. Jordan are the first doctors i have found who have actually looked further into my health to help me pinpoint issues and help me find solutions on working towards better health. I am so thankful to have found them! Definitely great for woman with PCOS.

I love Dr. Jackson’s staff. They are always friendly and nice. Dr. Jackson is like family to me. I just love Dr. Jackson. She is so real. I don’t mind seeing her. I think she’s the best doctor around. She listens to you when you have female issues and she gives you a solution.

This place should be ashamed of the treatment they gave. We called and begged and called and begged for help. For someone to see her. And for 2 days, they refused and neglected their patient. And nobody helped. And we lost someone important to us. Because the ER sent us to them. And they didnt want to help.

NP Carrie was great. Very detailed. I cannot give 5 stars because I don’t like the fact they don’t offer bloodwork, which insurance pays for. They opt for saliva tests which we must pay out of pocket.

Dr. Roz has been extremely helpful in my journey to health. I didn’t know how bad I felt until I started feeling so much better. She solved the problems with careful testing and figuring out what was not working in my system. Her natural approach was exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her enough!

I’m extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this office. On three separate occasions, they’ve cancelled my appointment within 10-20 minutes of the appointment with the same explanation - “The doctor has an emergency.” If you choose to be seen here, expect to be canceled on last second and to not get the care you need promptly. Even with me being 10 minutes away from the office and driving, twice I was told I would need to be rescheduled again and the receptionist and doctor didn’t seem care that I was en route to the office and was rushing there from work. Seeing as I had a pressing issue to be seen about, I was very saddened and disappointed. What shocks me is that they did this to me three times, so it seems to be consistently how they operate. Additionally, the last time I was seen for my annual exam, Dr. Jackson came in and out very quickly without giving me time to ask questions. I wouldn’t recommend being seen here.
