Dr. Roopa Challapalli

I went through lots of anguish trying to get my medications after Dr. Challapalli released me from the hospital. I was not given medications, nor were they ordered from my pharmacy, and she was unreachable... After repeatedly calling the hospital, they finally got Dr. Challapolli to process my medications being filled at pharmacy which took Two Days and she had changed ml dosage from what I had been on in the hospital without any reason or explanation. Medications were something that I had to watch closely, as there were other times that she did not give pharmacy the correct dosage of one of my meds. I think she means well, but I believe she gets patients and medications mixed up with one another as she gets older.

Least helpful professional I have ever seen. Finds the quickest easiest "solution" and pushes you out the door. When you need help or something simple like a note faxed to your work it's like pulling teeth. When your pharmacy needs a simple phone call to order medication calls are ignored. The pharmacy's calls, the insurance companies calls, and the 6 of my own calls pleading for a response. Nothing. It's really sad when you depend on someone for help and they leave you completely helpless. Least helpful professional I have ever seen.
