This doctor's office staff is not very competent; I scheduled an appointment and they asked what insurance I had. I told them the provider and the level and they said OK. I show up for the appointment a week later and they aide said "Oh, I'm sorry we take that level but only if it's the full level". This is something they could have told me over the phone before I took time out of MY schedule and wasted a week not looking for a doctor I could go to. BAD EXPERIENCE that could happen to anyone.
