Dr. Z was very knowledgeable and will listen to patients question before surgery and after. With appropriate answer. Would most recommend. With a staff that is very customer service friendly.

Visit was fine I arrived early, however Dr. Zelnick saw me within a few minutes.

I was temporarily referred to Dr Zelnick by my normal doctor who’s great. She, unfortunately, was out of town and I was very uncomfortable. I was concerned and didn’t want to wait for her return. Dr Zelnick seemed annoyed that he had to deal with me. Like I was wasting his time. I questioned if it was just my perception until the physical exam. I felt violated. I know what the exam should consist of since I’ve been getting treatment for months. He was rough and it was intentional. I went there because I was in pain to the point of concern. I am still in more pain then when I arrived there. He also recommended that I stop taking all the meds my normal doctor had prescribed. I strongly encourage you to consider all/any other option. Dr. Zelnick is a great doctor who cares about his patient and tried his best to treat her/him. He is very responsible and professional. Treatment was prompt and effective.

I was skeptical at first as the diagnosis was rather quick. However, after ordering a scan Dr. Z called me HIMSELF, within two hours of the test, to discus the results. Very compassionate and thorough. I would recommend him and his staff anytime.

This was my first visit and it was successful. From the moment I entered the door, the office was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. I provided my medical book of records LOL, and Tania copied them and made certain we were on the same page for my visit. She is excellent at her job and knows how to treat a patient with kindness, compassion and care. Shayla was my nurse and she was friendly, efficient, caring and understanding during the visit. Dr Zelnick made me feel heard, he answered my questions (i had a lot) and he addressed my concerns. Not at any time did I feel uncomfortable or dismissed. He is friendly, knowledgable and has a willingness to make the patient feel "at ease" with the uncomfortable subjects that had to be discussed. I would recommend this doctor and his awesome staff! Dr. Zelnick has a no non-sense approach to his practice and is completed by a warm welcoming compassionate staff. Dr. Zelnick took me on as a patient after I had concerns with treatment from another practitioner outside of his practice. Dr. Zelnick listened to my concerns, presented me with options and took immediate action. The friendliest staff, most willing to help and great communication with this office. I had to have a procedure done by the doctor, he was informative and got me right in. Could not have had a better experience!

Dr. Zelnick was awesome and left me confident in my surgery I was about to have when he came to see me in the emergency department. He did a great job, I was out of the hospital the next afternoon. I feel lucky to have had him on call the day I needed the appendectomy. Thank you Dr. Zelnick.

Doctor Zelnick knows what he's doing. Trustworthy and reliable. My procedure was very serious with a ruptured appendix and he did a remarkable job with my case. I am supremely grateful to him for his services. I was in good hands from the start.

Horrible bedside manner. Rude, dismissive, and seems annoyed that you’re asking questions. Maybe he should retire if he hates his job and patients so much. I don’t recommend him at all.

My visit was great ????, no problems checking in, there was not a long wait for Dr. Z after I was placed in the exam room.

Would like to express how grateful, I am to have meet Dr Zelnick. He came in to assisting my Ob Gyn Dr Daniel Maccurdy. He did an amazing job making sure there was no complications with any bowl abstraction. Thank you once again.

Dr. Zelnick was honest, to the point and no nonsense. Explained directly the next steps and probably treatment but no commitment without tests. The staff are wonderful.

Dr.Zelnick has treated my family for about 27 years and is great. Several years ago he saved my son with a ruptured appendix. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. In our experience he’s a 10.

Dr Zelnick saved my life back in 2017 taking out polyps I had waited too long to be checked. Colon cancer was in my family. He and his staff are truly professional. I was recommended to see him by Dr Carr who has been in Jupiter over 40 years. Dr Zelnick is a true professional that I trust completely. He explains everything, is compassionate, post op he is there to talk and explain everything. His office staff and everyone at the surgical center are awesome. Thanks to Dr Zelnick I am still alive today. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for making it possible for me be here today and take care of my family.

Dr Zelnick is an outstanding surgeon who removed my appendix and I was back at work two days later. He's a kind man who takes time to explain things to patients and he's very thoughtful and an alll around class act

On July 11, 2019 Doctor Zelnick did a surgical procedure to me , it took 4 hours to performs the surgery, he try first, to do a procedure called laparoscopy , to prevent open my abdomen, but he found that he needs to open my abdomen and do the colon removal, he found out that I also had problems with the appendix and he has to remove it as well. The surgical procedure was a success, As I mentioned before; the procedure last for 4 hours. he removed all damaged parts of my colon (about 18 inches) and the most important to me was that he didn’t let me with the bag; A colostomy. This means to me that this doctor really cares and listen to his patients, he has the innate vocation needed to be a outstanding doctor and this innate vocation makes him a singular person/doctor better than any other doctor. I thanks God for putting me in the capable hands of Doctor Zelnick, I thanks God that it was him and no one else who did the surgery procedure to me. I rate him with a Galaxy full of stars.

Best Dr I’ve ever used ! No nonsense and direct . He made my surgery a breeze from a person who is high strung and was scared . His staff is wonderful also . ++++++

Dr. Zelnick was amazingly efficient with all of the questions and concerns I had about my complete colectomy and hysterectomy. He did his best to get me in contact with a good OBGYN for the second part of my surgery. While I was in the hospital he and his staff were there for and questions I had. My scar and over healing is very good. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a surgeon.

My son's doctors were not takings his symptoms seriously so he saw Dr. Zelnick who immediately put him in the hospital. While there my son's appendix burst. Dr. Zelnick spent many hours late at night washing out his intestinal cavity and placing a drain. He healed very well and I can't thank him enough for his care and surgical skills. i'm sure he saved my son's life.

Dr. Zelnick is a fantastic surgeon. I went to him on short notice with a severe issue. He got me in immediately and upon diagnosis had got me into the hospital and operated on that evening. If not for his prompt action and skilled hands, my situation may have turned out much worse. I highly recommend Dr. Zelnick!

Very Caring Doctor and Staff. He is very familiar with the latest treatments.

Dr. Zelnick came highly recommended to me by other physicians. He was said to be extremely smart and a highly capable surgeon. I found him to be both of these and much more. He was attentive and professional but also kind enough to listen as I described my situation. Like most physicians he is very busy and see's alot of patients, but I never felt rushed or discounted...his full attention was on me when he was in the room. My procedure was just as he said he would be, and I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. I recommend Dr. Zelnick in the highest possible terms. I would not hesitate to send my family or closest friends to him should they need a general or colo-rectal surgeon.

Dr Zelnick is wonderful. He diagnosed me and performed needed surgery all within 10 days of meeting him. He is an excellent surgeon. His staff is efficient and kind. Although I hope to never need his surgical skills again, I would certainly go back if needed. Don’t hesitate to use him for even the most complex cases; you’ll be in good hands.

Dr Zelnick misdiagnosed my issue and pushed me to have an unnecessary surgery. I cannot fathom how a doctor with his years of experience could make such an error. Thankfully I was skeptical of his diagnosis and went for a second opinion. My issue was minor and was addressed with a 5-minute in-office procedure by a different surgeon.

Removed appendix in 2015 and gallbladder last week December 2018. Very professional, surgery performed as scheduled, and zero post surgery complications. Highly recommend.

Dr Zelnick met me in a crisis situation which required surgery. He did this late on a Sat afternoon, did it quickly and effectively. I and my family are forever grateful for his dedication.

I met Dr . Zelnick for an emergency gall bladder that needed to be removed . Dr . Zelnick also arranged to have a cyst that they found on my ovary removed at same time ; thus preventing me from enduring another surgery . Cared about giving me cosmetic stitches rather than staples . Made sure my jewelry went home safely with my husband . And kept me medicated enough as to not be in pain . . Relieved I had a trustworthy and extremely capable and overall well rounded doctor for a scary experience

Customer service was poor. (1) Office address listed as #105 but front of the building did not list Dr. Zelnick and main door to the office was #104. The receptionist hung up on me when I phoned, asking for directions. (2) The receptionist was curt & distant. (3) I was told by the Dr. that a diagnostic procedure to evaluate my rectal sphincter muscles was needed. Two weeks later, I received notice of a scheduled procedure without my input regarding availability.

Dr Zelnick has treated me in his office successfully and has performed successful surgery 3 times plus colanonotomy
