Awful experience with this doc. Deemed my symptoms “overdramatic,” and was thoroughly unfriendly. Let me leave the hospital with a pain ranking in the 9-10 range and sent me home with no suggestions for how to control pain. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a medical professional.

Terrible doctor! Perforated my mother’s colon and then had the bed side manner of a arrogant, “I called the ambulance what else do you want me to do” doctor. The nurses didn’t even know to take my mother to the exam room after she was in great pain after the colonoscopy. My father had to insist for Dr. Weisenberger to come and look at her. After she was taken to the hospital to have part of her colon removed due to his mistake, My mother now has an incision from her breast plate to her pelvic. Dr. Weisenberger didn’t even to come and check on her. Find another doctor! Terrible doctor! Professional and thorough, he explains what and why very well. He is good with the follow up visit and I have had him as my gastroenterologist for over 20 years. Highly recommended.

I have had 5 colonoscopy procedures with Dr. W and have always felt he was thorough and very explaining. He may not be slap a slap on the back happy guy, but he is very professional.
