He is very condescending. Do not ask any questions because he will tell you that he is too busy to explain anything to you and that you should find another doctor. I was very upset when I left his office. His staff is very nice but he needs to be more caring and take time to explain things.

I cannot speak to a live person. Have been trying to renew a prescription since last week....Shop Rite pharmacy has faxed many times, I have called many times and left messages. SR has given me a couple to tide me over but cannot do it any more...

Has the absolute worst office staff of any doctor I’ve ever been to don’t even think about trying to get your refill prescriptions in a timely manner will not happen. You should terminate his entire staff and replace it with confident people. They are going to ruin his practice

Has the absolute worst office staff, it will take you weeks every time you need your prescription refilled. They lie and say they never get faxes from the pharmacist do yourself a favor do not go to the doctor just because of his office staff. If he was smart he would get rid of every one of them in all of his offices. They never ever call you back for days on end. Their office manager Cindy is the worst

Excellent doctor and he takes his time with you explaining things in a sample way so you understand. He also keeps your PCP in the loop. I would recommend to everyone who need an endocrinologist and his staff is terrific especially his medical assistant Cindy.

While Dr V is a highly competent and attentive doctor his phone and administrative staff leave A LOT to be desired. Extremely poor follow up regarding messages left, wait time for operator to pick up after being asked to wait is very bad. Besides being wanting in communication skills it is very rude of the "staff" who don't know jack about customer service. What a joke!

Swift and to the point.

Horrible! I never had the opportunity to see the doctor due to my insurance; however, the front desk staff told me he did accept my insurance, but found out he did not! This was a blank trip & waste of gas driving to his office.

I'm not sure if this is the same doctor but a dr Villanueva saved my daughters arm. She fell out of a tree putting a bird feeder she made in school up in our tree. It may have been 1979 or around that time. We were taken to lake west hospital by ambulance. She now lives in Columbus but we would like to find this doctor and thank him. He had an office at Shoregate but I'm not sure if he is still there. We will continue to look.
