This doctor is not for me. I'm not sure if it's just that he's not comfortable with technology, but every time I send a message I have to repeat everything that I've already discussed in the previous email chain or else he acts like I'm speaking another language. For example, I sent a prescription request through the patient app, he told me to have the pharmacy do it instead. I have the pharmacy request the refill and after a few days with no authorization I ask for an update in the same message thread where I requested the prescription and he replies "Update on what??????????" Yes, with 10 question marks. All my interactions with him have been similar. Maybe he's wonderful in person, but I haven't had any positive experiences. I will be changing my PCP after this last exchange.

i called And immediately transferred me to someone else then the phone said I cannot leave a message and it hung up on me so I called back 16 times and no answer horrible service

Had ear infection for three months and would not prescribe antibiotic. Almost to the point of negligent. Every visit, he would just look at drawings of the ear and try to figure out what was wrong. I would never return to him again and I post this experience to save someone else the agony! He is incompetent. Eventually went to a specialist to correct the problem.

This is the worst medical group I have ever experienced, they at the boundary of legal. Two times we have been seen by what the staff referred to as 'like a doctor'. The first one prescribed a skin cream for an eye infection the second person prescribed a discontinued drug.
