Mr. Ronald C Sampson

Dr Sampson has been my PCP for about 8 years now and I consider him to be competent and caring. He also runs on time which is pretty rare in the medical profession. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because I agree the office staff is somewhat hit and miss.

Dr. Sampson is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. Very conscientious and thorough. He is the only office I have ever been to that actually does not keep you waiting. You will be seen exactly at your appointment time so don't be late. I highly recommend Dr. Ronald Sampson.

They put money before people.. and the staff is absolutely impolite.

My 92-year-old mother has been seeing Dr. Sampson for 25+ years. I accompanied her on her visit yesterday and thank goodness I did because I have never experienced such an incompetent physician's office in my life. I have worked in health care for the last 40 years and cannot imagine how anyone, especially the elderly, can get anything accomplished. It took 4 phone calls, an appointment with Dr. Sampson, two trips to the pharmacy, and another visit back to the office, just to get a blood pressure medication refilled. I went to the pharmacy this afternoon to pick up the prescription. Even though I went back to the office yesterday to make sure they sent the Rx to the correct pharmacy by giving them the address and phone number of the pharmacy, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Dr Sampson has taken such good care of my 86 yr old mom. Couldn’t be more pleased with him.

DO NOT WAIST PRECIOUS TIME ON THIS DOCTOR! Never heard of this before but Dr Sampson just sent a registered letter to my 88 year old parents stating that he will no longer accept them as patients. He claims that they “ made requests he didn’t agree with”. ? That’s all his office manager would tell me, he won’t talk to us. Mom broke her back 2 weeks prior and dad broke his hip 1 month prior to this. No more explanation from him but he left us in a bad time. NOT a caring doctor.

Always available to be seen on short notice. Very helpful with medical advice. I highly recommend him.

He is a very good doctor in every way. I highly recommend him.

Very poor communication from office staff to patient regarding insurance coverage and payments. They failed to inform patient beforehand when insurance would not cover a procedure or exam and patient was billed a fee. Insurance co. was willing to reduce the fee but the staff refused and sent it to collections instead. They failed to offer payment arrangements and refused any further treatment to patient. This doctor seems to care more about profits than his patient's health and wellbeing.

Most thorough physical ever. Dr Sampson is very caring and listens! Feel each visit he has all the time needed to answer questions and explain everything.

Dr Sampson is extremely professional, very thorough with getting to know you and any health concerns you might have. He is very knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner. He is just the kind of doctor we have been searching for. I highly recommend him.
