The staff is very rude and seem to be even more rude when talking to hispanics such as myself. This makes me upset and a little confused since the staff is hispanic as well and know how to communicate in spanish.

Always helpful! Caring my elderly mother (80 y/o) witouth the need to travel to Miami or Key West. Margarita his nurse is the best one in the office always wiling to help and listen. I can not be more thankful for Dr. Samess and his staff to always be there for the many dr's visits in these past 2 years with my mother. Sharon his receptionist is always there to take all my zillions of phone calls.

Best Doctor that I had in the Keys. Truly a compassionate man, and a wonderful staff! I wish I still lived in the Keys comma I would still be going to him. Margarita is always great to work with and so is Sharon.
