Waiting time is too long. I walked out.

Wait time is too long for the new patient so I had to reschedule.

If you want to wait 1 hour due to system down without notifying the patient, this is the place for you.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for new patient. Waiting time is more than hours. Good luck

After waiting an hour I asked the front desk lady, when are you going to see me? She said it will take an awhile our system is down. I was like if your system down why not you tell me that. Wasted 1 hour for nothing.

My surgery failed, but I don't think it was his fault. I left because we did not communicate well. It was easy to get an appointment, but once there, I had long waits to see him. I don't think we were a good match. I want to participate in my medical decisions. He was not the right doctor for me.

I saw some of these negative reviews and nothing could be farther from the truth. Dc Rook came highly recommended and I have now been seeing him for 6 yrs with numerous issues (sucks to get old) - no matter how many patients are waiting he will take time to explain in great detail any questions you have, extremely professional and a damn good surgeon - do your homework. As far as the girls that answer the phone - I own a business - sometimes good help is hard to find, especially in these times - but when making an important decision on a surgeon - the last thing I would be concerned about is the personnel answering the phone I saw some of these negative reviews and nothing could be farther from the truth. Dr Rook diagnosed, treated and followed up in a timely manner. This was my second surgery by Dr Rook and would definitely have him treat me again.

Do yourself a favor and Take you health somewhere else!!! Unprofessional staff, especially the girls answering the phones! There are plenty of other places to go.

I have never felt so humiliated by a doctor in the 60 years I have been seeing doctors. If you want to be treated like your trash he is the man to see. I will be asking for my records tomorrow and I will find a doctor that does not verbally attack me and treat me like I am dirt.

Dr. Rook takes time to listen and to determine the problem. His findings are easy to understand. He is very caring and provides all the information and plan to take care of the injury. His staff is very professional. The X-ray tech is amazing - an expert in his field. This the most efficient and professional medical office staff I have seen. I would refer Dr. Rook very gladly.

Dr. Rook was a great doctor, very compassionate, trustworthy and easy to get along with. He listend to everything I said and was very reassuring he could fix my issues and he did :) All the staff was awesome and very kind. Mark the Xray tech is a wonderful person and so much fun to talk to. He puts you at ease!

10??, I went to Dr. Rook for pain in my right shoulder ongoing for 40 years, an MRI revealed that I had a torn Rotator Cuff, Dr. Rook performed surgical repair in 2018 and the outcome was completely unbelievable, he gave me a shoulder that was better than new !!! Left shoulder was repaired in February 23, 2020 with the same amazing results even though the ball of the bone was too small. Dr. Rook is absolutely the Best Dr. that I have ever encountered in my entire life. He is extremely personable, kind and very understanding. His office staff is exactly the same. I immediately became friends with everyone and I had the feeling that I had been friends with everyone there for years. Have never had a better more comfortable feeling with any other Doctor.!! ??????

They dont put you on "Please hold", but rather can i help you. efficiency at its finest. I want to say thank you. You have come to the right place for your care. Dr. Rook and his staff are top notch. They cross every "T" and dot every "I" for you. I went to another doctor previous to coming here and came here for a second opinion. Haven't gone anywhere else since. Additionally, I appreciate that Dr. Rook doesn't compromise your care by using Physician Assistants. He spends as much time as necessary to address any concerns and explain to you what is going on. I am so thankful I came here. Mark is a top notch radiology tech and Heidi is Dr. Rook's right hand woman. She is way on top of her game as well. You won't be sorry if you come here.

My first visit was very good!

I love the way he shows pictures and explains everything. For such an unpleasant injury, he made everything seem better

I absolutely love coming to this office. Everyone here goes above and beyond. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk, to the amazing xray tech Mark, and to Dr. Rook, who is by far one of the best doctor's I have ever seen. I've been coming here for over 12 years now and would never even think of going elsewhere. I recommend this office to everyone I possibly can and nobody is ever disappointed.

I went in for some knee problems I was having, and Doctor Rook was able to help explain and operate. I was seen in a timely manner for all appointments and Dr Rook was able to explain each step in the process in a way I could understand.

Came in to get a shoulder looked at. Dr Rook and his team have been nothing but helpful and also very nice.

Good listener, kwoledgable, efficient.

Rook did a good job repairing a tore rotator cuff and slap injury. Recovery was halted when too much scar tissue build up but he wrote me the necessary scripts to get test to get to the bottom of the problem. THat lead to a 2nd surgery to remove the excessive scar tissue. Now the road to recovery picks back up but I remain optimistic.

So far my experience has been very good. Dr Rook was recommended by my physical therapist.

Dr. Rook is an amazing Dr and surgeon. He did two shoulder operations, and is now taking care of my knee. I highly recommend him for any sports medicine. Plus the office staff is extremely friendly and the X-ray takes care of how they take the x-ray's to minimize the pain.

The staff was wonderful, Dr. Rook was patient with me, took time to listen to my problem, actually examined me which is rare with some doctors, and made me feel very comfortable there. I will totally recommend him to others.

Dr. Rook and his staff are very welcoming in an otherwise uncomfortable setting. He and his staff explain whats happening along the way while being understanding and sensitive to my pain. I'm very thankful to have been recommended to this practice!

Dr. Rook is thorough, spends time listening and explaining. He is an excellent surgeon. All the staff are friendly and polite. The convenience of having Motus rehab, MRI on site is great.Also their hospital is excellently operated. Overall very professionally run, clean office. 5 stars!!!

I have seen Dr. Rook multiple times which is why I was completely comfortable referring my husband when he needed to seek treatment. The front office staff is very friendly, the MA staff is very friendly as well. The x-ray tech Mark always takes the time to explain techniques and is extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to seek treatment with Dr Rook when needed and will continue to refer patients to Dr. Rook

I've been coming to Dr. Rook for a very long time. With absolutely no reservation, he's my go-to guy for all things in the physiological realm. In addition to his professional skills, evidently by nature he's a friendly, outgoing person and the office atmosphere reflects that.

From the nurses to the xray tech. Everyone was interested in the well being of the patient. Doesnt get any better than this!
