Strongly encourage you to be careful. My family have been patients of his for years, and never really cared for him. However, due to my insurance, I didn't have a choice but to stay with him. Recently I was injured at work and seeing him for my treatment plan. He has also been my prescribing doctor for my anti-anxiety for 20+ years. Dr. Powell knowing my medication history, prescribed me some muscle relaxers that (I later found) are strictly prohibited while taking my anxiety meds. When brought to his attention, he completely dismissed my needs and did not prescribe new muscle relaxers. I am in a great deal of pain, and stuck due to my insurance coverage. I know not everyone's experience is the same, but err on the side of caution. HIGHLY annoyed and disappointed!!

Horrible!!!!!!! The lady is so rude and the doctor is too good to talk you. Waste of time. Find another AME!! He is is a HIMS but trust me go somewhere else

Dr. Powell is a thorough and compassionate doctor who really cares about his patients. He has great staff that are compassionate and easy to work with as well. A good choice for general/family care!
