Hadn't been to a dentist in years , so was talking to a friend and highly recommend going to Rocky Top Dentistry. Glad I listened and went. Had to have some work done , first let me say that from the time I walked though the door to Ieaving I was very impressed with the friendly staff and professional work that I had to have done. In my 57 years living in various cities and states my family and I have had many dentists. The Dentists and staff at Rocky Top are second to none. Their professionalism and caring is genuine, plus they offer advance dental technique along with the most modern, top of the line equipment. They have that perfect gentle touch with young children, and heartfelt touch with everyone. Wish I had found them years ago! This was the most through first exam appointment I have ever had. I had the exam in the morning with some suggested treatments explained to me and was given the opportunity to start the procedures in the afternoon. I did spend most of the day at Rocky Top Dentistry and I was treated great by a very friendly staff. My hygienist Melanie was super and Dr. Leslie was the Greatest. This was the most through first exam appointment I have ever had. I had a lot of unforseen circumstances and broke 5 appointments with several hour notice in 2 year period. I even paid the $25 for missing. They wanted charge me reschedule full price and than submit to my insurance for reimbursement. I told them I would not be returning and they still had send me a letter telling me they would not see me as patient again. There are many other dentists out there with more respect and empathy. And without a rude front desk.

The office is a bit out of the way to me but I will always continue to go there! The staff are always nice and very helpful and Dr. Noe is the greatest. Very clean and professional office. I recommend him to anyone!
