My experience with Dr. Massie and his team have been nothing short of excellent. Not only is Dr. Massie knowledgeable in the extreme, you can tell he enjoys sharing that knowledge with his patients and staff. To his credit, I can see that he takes pride not only of his own work, he takes the time and effort to continually educate his highly professional team. In turn, you can see the pride his team takes, providing exemplary service in a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere. This group is simply the very best I have encountered.

I have traveled all over the US and experienced a lot of different dentists, but I can say with every certainty that Dr Massie is the best dentist I have encountered. He is kind, thorough, patient and very informative. He works with you to create effective treatment plans. His staff is equally great and very helpful. I have used Dr. Ron since we moved here from Minneapolis and could not be happier. He worked wonders on my kids teeth and he is an honest, straightforward Dentist who will tell you where you should be and how to get there.

I have been going to Premier Dental for 9 years and I've always been pleased with the quality of work from Dr Massie and staff. Even better than the service and work I had from my former St Louis dentist before moving to Lake Ozark. Dr Massie is very professional and knowledgeable. Geri and Brittney have been great. And Jamie is the best receptionist I've ever dealt with. You can tell that Dr Massie strives to maintain a very professional staff. My experience was so easy. I had felt anxious because I had never had this treatment before. But I am telling you that there was no pain. The staff, Kaylee, was excellent.

Was lucky enough to get best dentist I have found in seven states and 12 cities. The equipment he has and the friendly informative staff always allows patients to see and understand problems and procedures. Best thing about Dr. Massie is he is an absolute perfectionist and gives painless shots. That is an asset In my book.

I have been coming to Dr. Massie‘s office for over 10 years. When I first came to him I was a disaster and he has done a fantastic job at fixing all of these problems I had. Some stemming from another dental office. Today I came into his office one hour late and his team came together and got me in in spite of the hour that I was late. I got an extraction very quickly due to the severity, especially for a new patient. All staff is very friendly. Dr. Massey is very knowledgeable and has people skills. They make you feel right at home.

I’ve never been to a dentist who is more detail oriented than Dr. Massie and everyone who works at Premier Dental. I’ve had a lot of dental work completed in the last few months including a root canal and a crown replacement and have experienced no pain!! Dr. Massie also has all the latest equipment. They were able to make my new crown in house so I didn’t have to get a temporary while a lab made a new one. I definitely recommend Premier Dental.

Found Dr Massie searching for an oral surgeon. Found out he also offers complete comprehensive dental exams. Great follow up. Great staff. I moved all my dental needs over.

I believe I speak for most people, that going to the dentist is not on the list of their favorite things to do. I waited much too long to see a dentist. I needed work done on my teeth, I couldn't wait any longer. After reading wonderful reviews, I also had the good fortune of choosing Premier Dental. From the initial phone call with Jamie, I could tell that this dental office really cares about their patients. I had my second appointment yesterday, and I have never been so right. Each and every person that I have dealt with, couldn't have been more professional, yet so compassionate and caring. Dr. Massie is amazing! It's very difficult to feel at ease in a dentist's chair, but somehow Dr. Massie and his staff made it happen. I thank you all for that! Absolutely the best experience we could have had considering the unfortunate circumstances. We were on vacation and our 8 year old son knocked his front top permanent tooth completely out, root and all...Yikes!!! (while he was playing on the teeter-totter) After calling a few places that could not see us right away, my husband called Dr. Massie's office and they got us in immediately. The care was fabulous from the time we walked in the door/the front staff to the assistants, and of course Dr. Massie. He was so skilled and knew exactly what to do...stabilized the tooth, wired it and stitched it. Super friendly, kind and so nice! We were and still are so thankful that God lead us to this place. They were a little pricy, but worth it!!!! And once we were back home, to IL Guess what??? Dr. Massie's office is both caring and professional. Dr. Ron has spent hours working with my autistic sister, getting her accustomed to the environment so that he can work on her teeth. (without charging a cent!!) No task is too hard--he loves a challenge! I found Premier Dental 18 years ago when I needed a pediatric dentist for my son. Dr. Ron took great care of him, my second son and is now caring for my daughter. I have all the confidence in this office of making my children’s and my visits nearly pain free. There is no reason to have anxiety about a dental visit when going to Premier Dental. The hygienists are great and Brittany and Geri are top notch assistants. My new patient visit with Premier Dental & Oral Health Group was March 31, 2021. I was cared for by Kylee with Hailee assisting, and I also saw Dr. Massie. It was the most thorough dental exam I ever had, and everyone was so pleasant and professional. I was never in any pain, and I was kept very comfortable throughout. I recently went to Premier Dental for some dental work. I have never had the numbing needle inserted into my gums without pain, and Dr. Massie has the gentle touch-I didn't feel a thing. I was very nervous about the procedure I needed. I have always had terrible pain when receiving shots in my mouth. The shots I received from Dr. Massie were painless. And the procedure was painless. Everyone at the office is very friendly.
