Love love love this office! One visit with Dr. Mamrick and I’m already noticing improvements! He took the time to listen to me, he was not rushed, and he actually helped me. His office even called the next day to check on me and see how I was doing. Just amazing! Absolutely recommend.

The woman who did my X-rays and the dental hygienist were kind, thorough and professional. However Dr. Mamrick made me feel uncomfortable. He was touching all over my face without gloves without any consent. Then did a really drawn out and painful gum probing. He never stopped to ask if I was ok or if I needed a break. This may be normal procedure here but I’ve never experienced anything like that, especially because my gums were healthy. I won’t be going back.

I love seeing all the hygienist and getting to know them. I had an enjoyable hygiene experience with Amy yesterday. She is very thorough and always explains what she is doing. Even though Dr. Mamrick found an issue that he was concerned with he directed me to the specialist I should see to take care of the issue. I look forward to every visit with the entire staff.

Love how thorough Dr. Mamrick is and how much he really cares about how our bodies were created to function - our mouth and jaw specifically, but explaining how it all works together! His office staff is also wonderful, never had a bad experience over many years of my husband and I going to him!

Dr. Mamrick and his staff are wonderful! Friendly and professional--a good combination. He is very thorough in his examination, explaining what he is doing as he goes. In the past, he has repaired a broken tooth, thus helping me avoid another crown and the added expense. I really appreciate that!

Extremely Nervous Nellie here when it comes to dentists. My longtime former dentist retired and I dreaded going to a new one. It's been a seamless experience. Dr. mamrick is very gentle and was agreeable to my special requests. He had spent a lot of time reviewing my extensive files before my first visit. I was also impressed with Cindy, the hygienist. I always look forward to my dental visits. Dr. Mamrick just completed 2 dental implants and it went great. It is worth making a financial investment in your teeth.

I have been a patient of a large local dental group for many years , but have grown dissatisfied with their lack of personal attention and interest in my overall dental care. They almost seemed to be more interested getting me in and out as soon as possible to make room for the next patient. A family member told me about how pleased they were with Dr. Mamrick and his staff. I decided to give them a call to set up a appointment. I love coming here, I originally came because of my TMJ issue and now my TMJ issue is fixed! I felt so welcomed and everyone was so professional I definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience here. They scheduled me a same day visit for a minor dental emergency. The check-in process was simple especially considering I was a new patient. I completed all forms online. The time from check-in to getting a chair was almost instant. Dr. Mamrick was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. He was very detailed when repairing my damaged tooth; nothing about the procedure felt rushed. I had no pain or discomfort after the procedure. The entire staff was great. Dr. Mamrick and his staff are the best. I told Cindy (who always does a great job) I needed to go to work and was pressed for time. She cleaned my teeth and did x rays. Dr. Mamrick checked my teeth and I payed and was scheduled for my next visit all in about 40 minutes! Great Job!

What a remarkable place this office is . From the time you walk in the door your made to feel you are among best friends. Like you've known them for years. When it comes to Dr Mamrick he is very thorough and displays confidence in both his diagnosis and suggested treatment. I was at ease.

Dr. Mamrick is a great dentist. He knows his craft and performs it with confidence and precision. Their isn’t a better dentist in the Richmond area, hands down, I know because I’ve used 3 different ones. Best in class is Ron Mamrick.

I was so excited to find this office - everyone was caring and genuine! After a few bad experiences with previous dentists, it was great going into Dr. Mamrick's office and seeing how much he cared. He took the time to explain my jaw pain and TMJ to me - he was very knowledgeable! Will be recommending this office to family & friends!

Best dentist care in Richmond. Great facility with very nice staff to take care of your smile. Dr. Mamrick will make all the procedure quick and painless. Always on point with what you need with your complete oral care. Recommend 5/5 !

Great first time visit! It's clear they care about my overall mouth health, by checking everything thoroughly and explaining things along the way.

Dr. Mamrick and his staff are wonderful. Our whole family are patients. We have a 15 year old daughter with special needs. Everyone is so kind and patient with her and take extra care to keep her calm and relaxed. Highly recommend this practice.

The entire staff was great Best dentist ever

Dr. Mamrick is a fine dentist. He has all of the new world gadgets, and all of the old school manners and friendliness. Unless I move out of town, Dr. Mamrick will be my dentist. (7/15/2021 Update: I moved 50 miles away, and he is still my dentist.)

While getting my loose implant reglued in was painless, the cost was unnecessarily not

I love the way my teeth look after the cosmetic work that Dr Mamrick did. I can barely see the dark tetracycline stains now I do notice that my teeth surfaces still feel gritty and a little rough, not smooth the way the surfaces felt after Dr Mamrick did similar work on other teeth a few years ago. Also, since I had to pay outright for the dental work as my insurance didn't cover it, I did call to get pricing before I made the appointment.
