Hello am vey Disappointment my fiancé was doing much better with her medicine she has Rheumatoid Arthritis In all her body she got discharged for no reason!!! even went to your office to explain what had happen at the pharmacy not to say anything but maybe she don’t like Hispanics or I don’t know she’s always gives us a hard time even thou we Provide Her everything she needs, my fiancé was hurting way more then usual So she called your office to see if she can get something a little stronger they sed yea we can (you need to come inn) to pick up prescription we went to get it filled at the pharmacy everything went down hill she sed she couldnt fill it then she ripped it off the prescription but the nasty part was when all my fiancé do was follow instructions take the scrip to fill she didn’t know what it was she just drop it off and all the happen and now we’re having a hard time to find her a pain clinic all for nothing.. Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Ronald Long and his wonderful staff. Experienced continuous back/hip pain from August 2017 to February 2018. Made an appointment to see Dr. Long at Eastern Regional Pain Specialists in Goldsboro. They did a very thorough exam and consultation about my pain issues. After two visits to the office in February I have had absolutely no pain! I had appointments with two other doctors/specialists before making an appointment with Dr. Long. He was the only one to effectively treat my issues and alleviate my pain. Great staff there! Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Ronald Long and his wonderful staff. I recently was treated by Dr Long for a spinal fluid leak. He performed a blood patch and was constantly making sure I was okay. He would stop if I needed a moment to catch up with my pain. Afterward he was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable. I really wish more physicians were like Dr Long. The entire staff mirrored his concern and affable personality. Dr Long and his staff turned a painful procedure into a very uplifting experience! Kudos to them for a job well done!!

in all the years with being a patient of dr longs I have never had a bad experience in this office. everyone is kind and puts the patient first. they all work together to make the patient better.
