Patient with me and understood my concerns with past pregnancies and took care of me and delivered my last kid with no issues after having many issues in the past

Dr Levin has been my doctor for 20 years and I highly recommend him. I drive a 3 hour round trip to see him every time. I will continue to be his patient until he retires.

This was my first visit with Dr. Levin. Our appointment was for an annual exam. Very comfortable office, the nurse and front desk were very polite , Dr. Levin answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for my questions.

My experience was not ideal and not a happy experience either. Overall the the nursing staff and front desk ladies were beyond helpful and nice very informative and always did there best to accommodate my appointment times. However my overall experience with Dr. Levin was not so great. Which is very disappointing due to the fact that he was recommend so highly to me. I found out was pregnant. I assumed I was farther along then what I actually was just due to my cycle being off. When I went to my first appointment to do my urine test / blood work test to confirm I was pregnant and then I did an ultrasound and I was too early on to see anything so I had to come back in a week to make sure my levels went up and to make sure the baby was visible via ultrasound. The next appointment I was able to see the baby in the ultrasound but Dr. levin couldn’t give me any Information on how far along I was or even answer any questions. He didn’t give me any informative care or what I should be expecting or doing throughout my pregnancy and what I can and can’t do. I was taking a medication for acne prior to getting pregnant and apparently you can’t even get pregnant on that medication or your baby will have birth defects and could result in a miscarry so I stopped taking it right away . He never advised me to stop taking that medication I had to research that on my own and then call back the next to day to have him confirm that… I also felt he judged my partner and I because we were young but we’re very much over the legal drinking age lol so we’re not that young to be having a baby . Which regardless isn’t any of his business to make comments about our ages. Anyways moving forward I ended up having a miscarriage he gave me little to no information and unfortunately I had starting the symptoms right before leaving for vacation. But when I went to see him before leaving he couldn’t indicate for sure if I was having one or not and told me after vacation I’ll have to come back and see him so he’ll be able to determine if it was… which isn’t really helpful I’d assume he be able to tell and he never told me why I miscarried or what the issue was but he had no remorse for me and just told me I need to get on birth control right away because clearly this wasn’t planned. Which that put a sour taste in mine and my partners mouth. Overall him not being informative and slightly coming off rude or judgmental was uncomfortable and upsetting. I've been seeing Dr. Levin for over 20 years and would recommend him to anyone, he is wonderful!! He speaks to you like a friend, not a stuffy doctor. For annual exams he talks to you in his office while you are fully clothed and goes over any questions and concerns prior to the exam so you are in a comfortable environment. I just called to make an appt for today because I have a worrying concern. He's on call today, not in the office, but he made me an appt for this afternoon with a college of his and said that he would come to the appt if he can. He is a very caring doctor!!

Love this guy!

I had to have a emergency c-section he was the doctor at the hospital. My doctor was not scheduled to work the day I went in. My husband got dressed and was headed in the surgery room with me but was told right before walking in he was not allowed in the room. When I got to the back I was already scared and worried because I was told my baby heart rate was dropping. When I got in the back he never introduced his self to me or acknowledge that I was even there he was talk to everyone about me but never explained anything to me. I had to ask if my baby was ok because I did not hear cat but I knew she was out. And he still did not respond to me. I just heard her Cry. It was also another Dr in the room and he was extremely rude and disrespectful to her also well. To the point it made me feel embarrassed for her. All while he was sewing me back together. Don’t understand why I was treated so bad. All while going thur a already stressful time. If I could have gave zero stars I would. I will be doing a formal complaint with the hospital. He is the type of doctor that shows love and care for his patients as if they are family. He always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, one of the best doctors to have ever worked with my entire family.

Very good doctor very professional. Very friendly and care about his patients. In my experience with levin he is best Dr. When I emergency situations his alway there take time scheduled me in his office see me.

Dr. Ronald Levin is a very professional and kind physician. I felt very comfortable. This was my first exam and I was nervous but him and his staff really put me at ease.

I love Dr. Levin, but he did take a little getting used to. His personality isn't for everyone. My first meeting with him was definitely interesting. He was checking my thyroid and noticed my teacup tattoo behind my ear. Next, he moved onto the vaginal exam and while he's in between my legs, starts singing I'm a Little Teapot. I looked at the medical assistant and she just shrugged. I about died. Dr. Levin is a nice man who cares about his patients. He helped me with a lot of problems and was able to fix my major issues.

He tried to talk me into having a hysterectomy that wasn’t necessary. He tried to scare me by telling me I probably had uterine cancer that was hiding in scar tissue. I’m glad I had the sense to seek out a second opinion.

I been a patient of dr levin for 7 year's, just had my second c-section by him june 18 and it was ruff for me he noticed i was uneasy, and did everything possible to make me feel at ease, i greatly appreciated it. I know i been a pain in the a$# at time's, and he can be to ??????(joke). Some don't get his personality but i enjoy and respect it. The only dr that made me feel 125% comfortable. A Dr shouldn't have to change who their are because of their title. I highly recommended dr levin 10 stars ?? he will stay my dr until he retire.

Made me feel so small and no bedside manner. Complete jerk, might have alot of recognition but he is not a people person. Smart and knows what he is doing but total jerk to patients

Wonderful bedside manner. Listened to ALL of my concerns. He found my breast tumor at stage 1 and set me up with the best doctors a year ago. He has a sense of humor and isn't a stiff arrogant doctor. I trust his judgement. After seeing only female doctors I was apprehensive at first about seeing a male obgyn. After many referrals to Dr. Levin from friends I decided to make an appointment. Dr Levin quickly put my nerves at ease with his caring manor. He has been knowledgeable and honest with my questions and takes the time to answer them. As a plus, he has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh. To anyone looking for a new obgyn or just looking to switch I would highly recommend him. The best! I just had my first baby 9 weeks ago & the experience was amazing. I delivered 4 days before the stay at home order began due to Covid-19. It was a scary time but Dr. Levin and the HFMH staff made my experience so comfortable. Dr. Levin was always willing to answer any question I had during my pregnancy, was attentive during my entire labor (35 hours) and did a great job getting me to progress so I could deliver vaginally after my water broke on it’s own the day before. My recovery was a breeze. I’m pretty sure he lives at the hospital, which is connected to the medical pavilion where his office is. He won’t waste time talking about nonsense and will get right to the point to clarify if you have a concern about something you read in a mom group or found on google. I would not trust anyone but him for my future pregnancies and deliveries. I highly recommend him. If you’re someone who needs warm & fuzzy, he might not be for you. He is extremely professional.

I had 2 c section with him and cant even see the scar. My first C-section was performed by his colleague and you can actually still see the scar 9 years later. He had my son circumcised. This is the way I see it or I tell it. I'm more talkative and need explanation. This guys seems so careless sometimes I want to punch his face, buttttt he's the best surgeon in my opinion and he's a damn good doctor. I wouldn't trust myself or my kids with anyone else but him. Too bad he doesn't take my insurance now. And he removed one of my ovaries.

Dr Levin went above and beyond for my surgery. I feel like my old self again and can’t thank him enough.

My wife has had all 3 of our kids delivered by Dr. Levin, He's fantastic! Only complaint is they really need to get rid of the ultrasound lady she is semi rude and takes twice as long as the old lady that they had so be prepared to wait an hour past appt. Time for her

Im 56 and have been through a few female doctors...Dr. Levin is by far the best...he never makes you feel rushed...speaks to you straight..this man works non stop!!! And I have changed over a few of my friends to him...who love him just as much!! Relax you are in good hands

He is an amazing doctor. I no longer work for the Henry ford system and have different insurance and I continue to see him. I have been seeing Dr. Levin for about 9 years now. He listens to my concerns and gets to the issue at hand.

Wonderful doctor!

I had a C-section and a tubal done by Dr. Levin he also performed my Son's circumcision. My surgery was perfect all the way around the clock, I'm healing up way faster and better than my last C- section, so is my son. The office is very clean and well kept including the hospital. Everyone there is very attentive and caring, I drove a little over an hour to have my surgery with Dr. Levin 100% worth it! I felt safe and comfortable during my stay after my surgery and during my surgery.

Dr. Levin delivered my second child flawlessly. I was positively stunned at the difference in both skill and treatment over my last doctor and I couldn't imagine placing my trust elsewhere. Absolutely phenomenal care!

Dr.Levin is thee BEST. He has this dry sense of humor but he means no harm what so ever. I came from another doctor which I didnt feel had my best intrest and going to Dr. Levin, he made a decision that was best for my baby and I. Highly recommend him!!!

I was in severe pain and I called the office and got a n appointment that day within an hour of calling. Went right back . Dr. Levin examined right away sent to the E.R. and perform my surgery within five hours of arriving at his office. He was kind,efficient, and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Levin. He was amazing

No I would not recommend this doctor as I find his follow up care is extremely lacking in patient care. My daughter since the 20th has been trying to get a prescription for hormone replacement after her total hysterectomy. The pharmacy has called him 3 times and she continues to call the office today she was told he was on vacation last week. She is in tears and has been. I had a total hysterectomy and defiantly needed the hormone replacement. Lack of compassion and disregard for a patient

Best Doctor I've seen in a long time. Just had a total hysterectomy everything went smoothly. Dr Levin came to see me the next morning to ask how i was doing and if i had any questions. He knew i was nervous and had anxiety issues and was very understanding and made everything comfortable.

Dr Levin is by far the best ob ever. He calls you himself to discuss your case. He answers your questions and makes you feel like your important. I've been through many and he's my favorite.

Very pleasant employees who made you feel comfortable when you walk in to the time you leave. Dr. Levin made this appointment as pleasant as possible based on the fact that I do not enjoy my yearly GYN exam! He was very thorough in his review of my chart, answered the few questions that I had and has a great sense of humor that put me at ease. I was in the office for 45 minutes which I felt was satisfactory for a yearly exam but did not feel rushed.

Very unprofessional! Used profanity twice in my presence. Hurried my questions along. Did not listen to me enough. TOLD me what he was going to do instead of lisening to me. He examined me snd was very rough! Extremely!

He is very thorough and i can be confident any problems will be taken care of. Always makes sure he has checked for any changes and how you are now. A very good Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Levin for 18 years. He is a great Dr and i love his sense of humor.

Dr. Levin has been amazing. He was so kind and compassionate during my miscarriages. He completed all the necessary testing, and would even call me on weekends to discuss test results and ease my mind about concerns. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
