My initial visit was a long weight but u was told to expect that when I booked the appointment. Other than that, I have been very happy. Dr. Kohn took the time to answer all of my questions. Definitely recommend!

Researched and read reviews for a year before going in. I finally met Dr. Kohn and he answered any questions I had. He explained the process and in 3 weeks I'm down 17 lbs. I have my own routine but plateaued and couldn't get passed a specific weight no matter how good I ate or worked out so I highly recommend this process if you're really wanting to learn how to "reshape the way you think about taste" as Dr. Kohn says. Amazing Doctor, he’s a real gem. Dr. Kohn goes over each and everything thing with you . He listens, he cares, he is so attentive and remembers what he’s treating you for. He is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. A kind gentle doctor that truly cares for his patients and their well-being. I can’t give this man enough praise. I’ve been to a few PCPs in my life but Dr. Kohn and his staff have far exceeded my expectations and then some. Rarely do you find someone who truly excels so much at what he does. Dr. Kohn is thoughtful and listens, guiding you to your health care goals. Lucky I found him. Bravo!

Call today about possibly being a new patient was rudely told that they aren't taking any new people and hung up on. Kind of surprised about how bad the interaction is with whoever answers the phone but I suppose I'm happy that it seems like I dodged a bullet with a rude company.

Called yesterday and was put on hold for over 40 minutes. I hung up and called back 6 times and was sent to voicemail everytime. I called today and was put on hold however i could hear typing and normal office noises in the background. I waited for 16 minutes and hung up, tried calling back 3 times and to no surprise i was sent to voicemail all 3 times. The front desk is ridiculous. Just calling was a horrible experience. Was asked to be put on hold, hung up on. Called back. Told them who I was and was waiting for a question to be answered, again was put on hold. It hung up on me. Called again and then was rudely told to wait because there was someone else in front of me and the phones hung up on me. I have been a Customer Service Manager for years and honestly some TRAINING is need here. I can't trust this medical office. If they can't pick up the phone, use it properly and be polite to customers (which is basic stuff). How can I trust you with my medical care? And thank you for making me even more discouraged! I rarely ever give any places a 1 star unless I feel like a place has wasted my time. I made an appointment for my fiancé and I. My appointment was made online on August 8th and his on August 9th. My appointment was for their weightless program and my fiancé is looking for a primary doctor. Our appointments were set for 3:30pm today and 4pm today via their website. I received an email stating that someone would be contacting me to confirm my appointment. When we showed up, the lady up from said that we were suppose to call to confirm our appointment. I told her according to my email, it says someone is suppose to call me and if I had any questions I needed to call them. She also advised me that they were not accepting new patients for primary doctors. My questions are, doesn't your website state that? Also she stated that the office manager that typically calls to confirm appointments haven't been in the office since Thursday. How is that my problem? Those phone calls should've been delegated to someone else in the office. My fiancé and I are very busy and work is our priority. I feel like we waisted our time. They attempted to blame me for not calling them. Their website should be updated. It's completely misleading. She offered to make me an appointment for the weight-loss for next Monday. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. Somewhere who is more organized. Not to mention, their office was super hot inside, as if their AC wasn't working. Definitely loosing weight and learning a lot, the weigh ins take a little longer then anticipated and i don't have the time for that. The front is really busy with phones not sure if that's why, poor girl is always busy but super friendly, and he is knowledgeable, so it's def worth it. I will follow him to the moon and back been his patient for a 14 yrs. I have had few things happen over the year and have always had a rather quick recovery time. Thank you to the doctor and staff

I've been going to Dr. Kohn for years now. Dr. Kohn is very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with his patients. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Kohn is amazing!! He is very knowledgable about weight loss, our bodies, and what foods do to our bodies. Just trust in him, and follow his directions, and you will be amazed!! :) The first week I lost 9 pounds when I went to my first weigh in, but I could see a difference (weight loss) in my face on the third day of Dr. Kohn's weight loss plan for me. The back-office staff are nice and friendly, and the facility is always clean. I purchased the 2-Month package through Groupon, and lost 30-pounds in a total five weeks. Although I did have to wait 5 wks to get an appt I will say I am pleased thus far. When I came in I had I had to bring in my two children (under 3) and they were restless. I felt terrible that one of them was kind of starting to have a melt down while Dr Kohn was trying to explain the program to me. He did everything to calm her down and make it work out, to include making her a "ballon." Blowing up a glove and drawing a face on it. He was so kind. And as for results: I'm 9 days in and down 10lbs and 3 inches in my waist. I couldn't be more satisfied. The weekly weight ins are quick and convenient. No appts needed and plenty of walk in time frames to get them done. I'd highly recommend him and his weight loss program. I call to schedule appointment front desk lady stated they don't take new patient are booked 4months out I ask her so can I still scheduled her answer was call next week. Horrible customer service

I complained to Dr Kohn for years of stomach pains and nausea he told me to take salt tabs I finally started seeing a new Dr and found out its cancer so no I don't recommend this guy at all

I've been a patient of Dr. Kohn's for over 12 years and he is perhaps the best Dr. in Las Vegas. Gives patients plenty of time, and explains things to a fault. I have only had one problem with the staff in the 12 years that I have been a patient of his.

He is one of. the most caring and helpful Doctors I have had a pleasure of being one of his patients. I have seen over 30 Doctor as I have a heath issues that well last the rest of my life. Dr. R. The Dr was very attentive to our medical problems, my wife and I left there very satisfied with what he told us we needed to do.

Excellent bed side manners and sincere quality care . He gives every patient personalized attention so expect a waiting time passed your appointment .

Great bedside manner. Everyone is helpful & friendly. The Dr does not rush to get to his next appointment. He takes the time to explain everything & really listens. He makes me feel as though he cares for me as a patient.

Dr. Kohn is caring and thorough. I highly recommend him. He takes the time to go over your tests and also takes the time to tell you what he recommends for your optimum health and care. I have lung issues due to polio and when I get sick and call him he gets back to me as soon as he can, even if its a weekend.

I have known Dr Kohn for over 2 years. He has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and explain any questions I have asked. He really does care about his patients and I would highly recommend him.

I love Doctor Kohn. I see him for both weight & medical. I found him when seeking a lasting weight loss solution. After seeing him for weight & making great progress in my weight loss, I got to know him and realize his depth of knowledge. I had some medical issues and was prescribed medication by my medical doctor at the time. The medication prescribed had a very adverse effect on me & resulted in a very scary incident landing me in the hospital. That's when I moved my medical treatment to Dr. Kohn as well. He is fabulous. My husband now sees him as well as my adult son. Yes, the wait for an appointment can be a few weeks initially. Yes, you can wait in the office & exam room for longer than you may like before you see him. However, he will take as much time with you as you need & be more thorough than any doctor you've seen. He will get to the cause of your medical issues, not just treat symptoms. Dr. Kohn is worth the wait. He truly is one of the best doctor's I've seen. Any great doctor I've been to has a wait and is worth the wait because those doctors truly tend to their patients. Dr. Kohn is certainly one of the great! I love Doctor Kohn.
