Dr. Ronald M Koff

The level of apathy is amazing. The office never answers phone calls, and he doesn't submit the very medications (blood pressure, etc) he literally just prescribed you. Good luck even making an appointment, if you get through you'll usually be put on indefinite hold. Once you've actually made an appointment, it goes downhill. The doctor is very nice and seems to care, but his staff is just utterly useless. When you can't get life saving medications prescribed by him (i.e. heart medication), and can't get in touch with him to rectify his mistake, you'd be better off with medieval blood letting or leeches, or more realistically just finding another doctor.

Anyone who regularly sees dr. Koff knows that he spends little to no time actually examining his patients. As a patient of his, you will spend most of your time in the waiting room, listening to his staff gossip. If they're not gossiping, they're going to be in a bad mood, and treat you accordingly . This goes for the collective of his staff really . Don't bring your children with you, because you're likely to be told to go home just as I was today. I wouldn't have even minded him not allowing my children to be in the room with me, had anyone at his office volunteered the information before I drove 45 minutes out of my way to go and visit his office for the last time. You would think that this information would have been given to me and sometime within the last 30 years but it's news to me. If you're looking for a pill pusher, he's your man. Otherwise, I personally suggest going anywhere else but here.

When I was a kid Dr Koff blocked my insurance at the hospital when I was trying to get a cast on my broken arm. Then when I get to his office their X-Ray machine is broken. Lagrange is not close to New Castle. I spent about 3 hours running around with a broken arm before I got a cast on it because this place is an office full of idiots.

I've been seeing Dr. Koff for over 15 years and wouldn't change doctors for anything! He's friendly and accurate at diagnosing illnesses. I've seen him for everything from: the flu; pain due to arthritis and trauma; and mental health.

He's always been good to me, his office has always helped me get prescriptions when I can't afford them. They do care.

I have been seeing Dr. Koff for about 25 years and he has been a great success in diagnosing and treating my ailments. He is a caring and concerned Doctor. He rarely misdiagnoses an ailment. I would highly recommend him.
