I had excellent experience at Mercy Hospital. Dr Kloc was very good and thorough. The nurses gave me very good care, and were kind.

Staff very nice and pleasant.

I was really pleased with everyone that was taking care of me before surgery, during surgery and after surgery.

Very little wait time and staff was excellent. Dr. Kloc was very professional and was friendly and informative. I felt the difference as soon as I was released as when I walked out the pain I've had in my back for years and decreased to a small pain. I know this was a test to make sure that it would work. From the results of yesterday's results I am ready for the next procedure.

Dr. Kloc did a great job of explaining the benefits/risks of the procedure and he listened to what I wanted to achieve. We both came to the same decision. Win win.

Dr. Kloc is very thorough and very kind. He answered all questions, and took his time in doing so and with explaining things. He put me at ease.

I have 2 different problem areas causing pain. He showed me where the problems are. I am excited he can help me. Very friendly doctor and knows his stuff. I really like him.

I moved here from Wisconsin, my old job of 30 years was physical and caused neck issues over the years. I was on handfuls of pain meds, chiro, and rehab from my doctor over the years in Wisconsin. My primary suggested I go to Dr Kloc for pain management. I was cautiously optimistic, and after an MRI and 3 epidurals, one year later I am still on no paid meds!!! Dr. Kloc is awesome, a kind doctor who looked at the root of the problem, not just medicating. My wife and I thank you Dr. Kloc

My first surgery was excellent but I'm having a hard time with the fractures i have now. Wait time for the next procedure is three weeks the pain is unbearable.

Having had A series of 3 injections in my neck for nerve pain, l can say that all 3 shots were welcomed because of the easing of an excruseating pain in my neck, right shoulder, and right arm. The nursing staff and Dr. Kloc couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks to all of you! 👍

Dr Kloc was very thorough. He was patient and truly interested in finding a solution to my pain.

This was my initial consultation with Dr. Kloc, however, I found him to be a straightforward, no nonsense kind of guy. I really appreciate that in a provider. He listened, examined me and immediately set forth a course of action. I look forward to continuing our medical 'partnership' for my care.
