My name is Robyn Coopersmith, and I had an emergency situation, on Monday 3/20. Dr. Katz’s office fit me in, and made me aware that I needed to be patient. Understandable, because they take their time, with all of their patients. I definitely witnessed that directly. The office was kind, as I was in pain, and very nervous, about my situation. Caroline, who examined me first, and did my scans, put my mind at ease. Her maternal, loving manner, was exactly what I needed, to help ease my mind. She took her time, and was very reassuring. I can not say enough about her. Dr. Katz, then came in, and based on my scans, explained exactly what needed to be done. Though extensive, he knew I needed to have it done immediately, and took his time, answering all of mine, and my husbands questions. He was thorough, kind, and made me feel very confident, in this unplanned serious situation. I am grateful, and can not say enough about Dr. Katz’s staff.

Dr. Katz and his staff are fantastic!!! His knowledge/expertise and high tech approach is unsurpassed. Dr. Katz took his time to answer all my questions and concerns… he never made me feel like a number. One of the best doctors I have ever met in Florida…I highly recommend hands down!!!

Dr. Katz and his staff treated me very well. I had a bit of confusion with my primary dentist and the great people at Dr. Katz's office were able to help me understand and move forward with my treatment and care. They are all welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I was explained everything prior to the procedure, and was made to feel as comfortable as possible, especially since I was a little bit nervous. After having a tooth pulled, I left a little less than an hour later and felt no discomfort as I began taking liquid Tylenol right away before the anesthesia wore off. I went in for a follow-up about 10 days later, and all was healing well. No negative issues. Thank you, Dr. Katz and staff. I'll be back for my other tooth extraction.

Very good dental surgeon. I not an easy patient to work on with my severe gaging reflex. They worked with me with no issues. I would strongly recommend Dr. Katz. Very professional.

This has been the best experience ever! I usually hate going to the dentist because my mouth has a hard time numbing. I let the office know and they made sure I was extremely comfortable. The staff there is absolutely incredible. The doctor is so gentle and kept me informed through the process. My mom recommended this place and I’m so glad she did.

My experience in this Dr office is being the greatest. I always feel secure and confortable here. The girl at the front Yaritza is a calm and understandable girl very sweet. The Lady that help the Dr . Is like an Angel to me . From calming me down , holding my hand and making sure I’m ok. The Dr is my hero. I have so many good things to say about him, patient and listen to any concern you have. I’m very happy that after looking for almost 6 months I end up in his hands. Love everyone in that office. Dr. Katz and staff are amazing!! I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out and went for consultations in Orlando where I live and did not feel confident being that I had a difficult case of 4 impacted teeth. At my consult Dr. Katz told me his plan for my case and made me feel at ease. The day of my surgery Carol was the sweetest ever! I was scared for the twilight anesthesia and she reassured me I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Katz is the MAN! He just pulled out two of my teeth, one week apart, and was able to put both implants in at the time, saved me two trips... My whole experience has been great, the staff greeted me well, they were courteous and professional. Dr. Katz is a great dental surgeon. Had a surgery there, everyone was extremely rude (nurses, the doctor, receptionists... EVERYONE) and the amount of pain i was in was unbearable. Not even the slightest consideration was held for me when I was visibly in pain. Please dont go here

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed with IV sedation. Something I put off doing for a long time but very glad I chose this place. Thank you for your attention and for being so kind, I will recommend this site to people who ask me, I have not had any problems after the surgery and that shows what a good surgeon you are, thank you very much again

I was given a next day appointment as requested. The doctor spent time, examined me and explained what steps to take to feel better. I'll follow his advice, give it a week to 2 and see where I'm at. Also, an assistant in the office named Yvette is charming, comforting and delightful. She's a keeper.

Dr. Katz and his staff is very awesome. He made my son feel very comfortable through his Oral procedure. I will definitely recommend.

The dr is great and that is really all that counts but the office staff needs major improvement. After suffering a medical crisis last year I am unfortunately very familiar with all different kinds of dr offices and their staff. Thankfully my experiences have been pretty good and only at one other office did I have a similar experience. The staff at this office made me feel like they were doing me a favor giving me the time of day! A few things That made me feel that is 1- when I came to the office for the first the window was closed. After standing there for a minute or 2 I called out helllo? And got an annoyed sounding voice answering me back, yes we will be there in a minute, as if I was disturbing them. 2-every interaction made me feel like I was bothering them. They were curt and impatient and you could almost feel them rolling their eyes at you. Even a basic question on the form they gave me to fill out! I then proceeded to be overly friendly and chatty to try and get a smile out of them. Over the phone they were actually really pleasant so I’m not sure if I spoke to someone who is not in the front office or if they just have more patience over the phone Office staff makes a huge difference in your overall visit to a doctor. I’m hoping for some major improvements because dr Katz himself is so patient and warm. I wouldn’t recommend the practice based on my own experience. Dr Katz is excellent! He removed my 21 year olds impacted wisdom teeth and just did a difficult surgical procedure on me to get implants.

Dr. Katz is Awesome, he is professional, kind and thorough. The office is so efficient and well run. Carol is amazing! She makes you comfortable and puts your fears at ease.

Dr. Katz was absolutely wonderful and thorough! I had gotten my jaw injury out of state so I needed my teeth wired ASAP. When I returned home to Florida I saw Dr.Katz right away and will be taking on from here as he is the best! His staff is especially compassionate and sweet!

Dr. Katz is a wonderful surgeon. His patience, skill, and care is excellent. I highly recommend him if you need implants or surgery.

I think he's a nice man I just felt like he wasn't listening to me very well. I went to him for tmj and im to the point where I'm crippled and can't work or do literally anything but lay in bed. he refused me surgery even knowing this and I've tried a brace already and its not working. Even with the brace I'm crippled. I had severe neck pain from the tmj to the point where I can't sit in a chair or drive, and he said "i don't know what that neck pain is from, it's not from your jaw go try acupuncture and massage therapy (which I've already tried several times)" I also had x rays of my neck and back from an orthopedic surgeon and chiropractor and both said my neck was fine. I went to a different facial surgeon who said the pain was from my jaw, i got surgery immediately, and the pain was actually all from my jaw! The pain is gone now. I think he's a nice man I just felt like he wasn't listening to me very well. Very quick and easy process scheduling an appointment and seeing the doctor. The doctor and staff are very kind. It is easy to understand him for he gives good explanations.

When in comes to excellence, this doctor exceeds the expectations ten fold. Excellence is just not enough it appears for them. His office is immaculate and the staff are very professional and courteous. I will bring my other children here after they finish their braces.

Was expecting to be in a ton of pain from having my wisdom teeth out but it was hardly anything. Dr. Katz and his team did an excellent job across the board from the initial consult, to the communication prior to surgery, to the operation itself and the post opp follow up. My first sentence will say it all. I would recommend Dr. Katz and his team to anyone, everyone, incl family, friends, and colleagues. My husband recently had serious complications from a common dental procedure. We were referred to Dr. Katz and he literally saved my husband's life. During the subsequent 3 wks in the hospital and a few weeks of outpatient visits under the specific care of Dr Katz and his team my husband returned to his good health. In hospital we experienced unparalleled caring and professional bedside manner from both Dt Katz and his entire team. His years of learned knowledge and practical experience were evident and were an assurance to us as we traveled the healing journey together. Last word is Dr. Katz is the best in his field and you can truly trust yourself and your family into his care.

Dr Katz and his staff is the best. My family and I have been going to him for years for multiple procedures and it has always been a great experience.. Yaritza is wonderful at explaining insurance and goes over the treatment so you fully understand. I would not go anywhere else.

The Warmth here at Boca Jaw Surgery is unrivaled. Everyone makes you feel like family. Let’s face it most people do not like going to the dentist. The entire staff perform every task , even with difficult patients, with the highest level of professionalism.

Process was smooth, wisdom teeth removal went great and my son experienced no pain afterward. I would recommend. Only was 4 stars because of the long haired girl at the front desk who was very rude.
