Dr. Gonzales, is a very kind understanding doctor. You can tell he loves what he does and wants you to be well. He listens to everything you have to say and is very patient.

My elderly mother had an increasingly problematic infection and doctors were throwing antibiotic at her. Dr. Gonzales has taken a much more nuanced approach to the problem and is getting this under control. I have a lot of confidence in him!

Great Dr. !!!He has been very helpful, he is friendly and personable, he explains everything to me , takes time to answer my questions and is very professional. This person was the most rude doctor I've ever encountered. He pointed his finger at me and chastised me for not listening (as if I were a first grader). He "claimed" he explained himself clearly however I didn't listen to him. I said he explained himself differently. After leaving my appointment I called his office and lodged a complaint with the Office Manager AND the Medical Manager. I said I am done with this doctor and will never return. This was on July 9th, 2021. On July 26th, 2021 he had the audacity to call me and try to discuss my diagnosis. I asked him if he had spoke to his office staff about my complaint and I informed him I didn't want any further dealing with him as my doctor. He said he disagreed with my assessment.

1. Arrogant 2. Condescending 3. Terrible "bedside" manner 4. Pompous Will never recommend such a person to anyone!!!

I’ve seen him twice. Always feel rushed. Hard to understand and not very helpful.

I’ve been with Dr Gonzales as part of the Northstar practice for many years now. He is a gifted and knowledgeable physician that truly cares about his patients. He is keenly up to date with state of the art research and treatment methods and this has, on a number of occasions, made all the difference to my personal well-being. Thank you!

Dr. Ronald Gonzales is a wonderful caring doctor whose been my physician for several years now. He's attentive to my needs!

I made an appt for a new family practice doctor to continue my medication that I have been on for the past 15 years. During my initial appt, Dr. Gonzalez informed me that they would require me to come in once a month to take and pay for drug tests to make sure I was actually taking my medication and not selling it. I was stunned. I'm okay with the doctor wanting to take a drug test, go nuts, but don't say you'll charge me hundreds of dollars for things not medically necessary.
