Dr. Coutu was demeaning, curt, and embarrassed my 16 year old son to the point my son apologized on the way home for being "dumb" for not having passed the tracking exams given by Coutu who freely spoke in front of him about how low his scores were while demeaning my knowledge of reading VS comprehension which had Coutu let me speak & show him my son's SAT comprehension scores, he would have known I am quiet educated in this area. There is NO excuse for the way Coutu made my son feel.
