Cohn enterprises is the place for you if you want to get "cohned" out of your hard earned money. The definition of slum Lord would come to mind.

These people are absolutely horrible! They claim you don’t pay rent when you know you did and you even have the receipt then proceed to take you to court. Save your money and your time. Don’t rent from these people!

Worst of the worst landlords right here!! He is dirty as they come and will lie and say you didn’t pay your rent - even when you have said receipt for paid rent that is signed by his dirty, thieving office staff. Then he will take you to court for the rent you already paid and get the court/sheriffs department or whoever else is in his back pocket to lie and change your court date, so that you miss it and so you can’t be there to present your evidence. If possible, I would happily leave a negative review for this company! The most unprofessional, inconsiderate, uncaring bunch ever. You can pay your rent on time, always keep everything taken care of, and they will still come & EVICT you with no reason whatsoever. When you have kids & pets & a life tied up in the home. And don’t even think about reporting a problem with them & expecting any results!! 3 months later, you won’t have the problem fixed & then they’ll blame YOU for causing the issue. Is it possible to leave a -1 star review? DO NOT rent from this individual. You pay your rent, have proof with the receipt that THEY give you and yet they claim you didn't pay your rent. Mind you, rent was paid on time and in full every month prior. Also you report a problem with the property, they take 3+ months to repair the problem, in the mean time the problem gets worse and then they want YOU to pay for damages because they didn't fix the problem in a timely manor which resulted in the damage getting worse. And let's round out this review by talking about how they enter the property when you aren't home with no notice, let your animals out, AND send literal henchmen to collect rent you have already paid and have the receipt for that THEY gave you. Never ever pay your rent in cash - a receipt means nothing to these people. He likes to con people into getting involved in subletted leases and then wrongfully evicting them, netting him triple the profit in return. He knows the rental market is tough right now and uses that as part of his predatory acts. Do NOT rent from the company. They will take your money and say you didn’t pay rent. You could pay rent every month and have a receipt and they will lie and say you didn’t pay. They don’t fix anything at their properties for months leaving the renter to just deal with it. When they finally do come, they send you a bill for the repairs. They will also enter the property you are renting when you are not home and with no notice. They continue to scam renters who have clearly paid rent and have a receipt and they still file an eviction. They must have an “in” with the magistrates and clerks at the court house, because somehow he always win even when renters show proof of rental payment. This company is the worst ever and the owner - Dr. Cohn, has zero respect for his renters, which is not the kind of person anyone should rent from. I went to look at a house yesterday and they never gave me my license back when I turned the key in. And they fact that I went thru a traffic stop and didn’t have them sent me into a panic attack. They don’t have any other number to call except 911. What I’m gonna tell them they stole my license
