My experience with Dr. Cates was very unfavorable. I spent nearly a year getting billing errors repeatedly corrected. Finally this practice replaced staff after months of incorrect billing. When I decided to buy my medical equipment elsewhere, this practice repeatedly refused to send my medical records to the new practice. Once I moved anyhow without this doctor's records, he sends me a letter saying he no longer wishes to be my doctor. I find that to be humorous since I had already fired him.
