First appointment with my new doctor. The DOCTOR actually did an examination. Very happy with Dr. Bush and his choice of footwear as well! Seriously though, the staff was great and I felt like I was welcome there. Doc did a fairly thorough examination and spent what I consider to be a fair amount of time with me.

I saw Dr. Bush for a physical exam. He was friendly, attentive, and thorough. He listened to my concerns and he was non-judgemental in his responses. I have had difficulties finding good providers in the desert so I was thrilled to finally find a competent and caring doctor.

My appointment was at 2:30, sat for 1 hour in a room after vitals were taken when the office manager came in to inform me it would be another 1 hour wait! How ridiculous! This was my second appointment and the 1st one was also an hour late. I did not trust the MA who took my vitals and felt like the doctor has no control over his office. I totally wasted my afternoon and changed PCPs as quickly as I could. Dr. Bush was not professional and never really looked me in the eye and listened to my concerns. Maybe his focus is his "other practice".

Dr, Bush is very down to earth and thorough. He listens, gives real-world, understandable advice, never talks over your head, and is very patient. I feel very comfortable telling him the truth...not always easy with a physician!

Disgusting I can’t even leave a 0 star review. Don’t ever go here. trust me.

Stay away from this place. He is arrogant and unprofessional. They don't answer their messages. I had to wait an hour while he was talking to someone on his cell phone in his car. The second time I was told I needed to wait 1.5 hours to see him.

I am upset with Dolce the office assistant in Dr. Bush's office. Her follow-through is less than average. I recently got a physical with an outside nurse that conducts these assessments in your office. In asked her questions related to a skin condition I have, that needs to be contained, she told me she didn't have access to my chart or its contents. I asked why, since I was concerned about getting this condition looked at by another dermatologist in the area, the one Dr. Bush referred me to was the worst experience ever, the doctor barely looked me when he spoke to me, felt disconnected as if I was only a number. His treatment only exasperated my condition. Dolce didn't tell me that I could opt for an out-of-network dermatologist the insurance company told me. I called back to do that, 10-15 day wait/no call from her. I called and told I had to come in again the referral asked for proof of my condition. It was in my chart all along! Angrily told me to come in & could not call DR.

Dr Ronald Bush and his staff are very professional and courteous we recently moved to the area and changing my primary Dr was very stressful because he is Excellent physician but meeting Dr Bush and his staff for the first time were very relaxing he is detail oriented took time to get to know my medical history he didn’t rush me he listened all my Concerns I really appreciate that I am very happy finding him. I highly recommend him to friends and family.

I'm not sure how my father, a septuagenarian, became a patient of Dr. Bush's and I wish he hadn't. Dad had many complicated medical conditions - ostomy, cancer, dementia. Dr. Bush was not very responsive to our calls. One time, dad was admitted to the emergency room and Dr. Bush was unavailable. His office said he was gone for two weeks and there was no backup. I do know that my dad was not a candidate for plastic surgery.

Always attentive, very knowlegeable, makes sure all my concerns are addressed.

It went well. Everyone was kind and courteous.

I picked Dr. Bush from my Father’s Medicare booklet as his PCP. Our 1st appointment was getting him familiar with my Dads medications. Which he put into the computer. Every other time we went or my mother went with my father we had to continuously give him the med list over and over as if they wasn’t already put into the computer. Nothing ever was accomplished. He did sit there and listen to what we had to say but never recommended anything for my dads swelling of his feet and ankles other then doubling up on his meds. We took him several times to the ER, those physicians told us that he wasn’t on any water pills which we thought he was because Dr. Bush always looked at his pills and would know which ones he needed, so we thought! They told us he wasn’t on any diaretic meds that help with water wight. Never did Dr. Bush or his office contact my parents while he’s in the hospital or home after. Long story short unless your getting COSMETIC work done he doesn’t care. Long hours of waiting to see him were overwhelming. DON’T go there! I also had my lip augmentation done there by Dr. Bush, when I had a appointment they called me in quickly.. which showed me what interested him most, NOT Medicare patients! His work on my lips was not good, I was bruised badly. I Went 4X to correct my lips one side was bigger then the other. Still was not corrected didn’t want to waste my time any longer. Dr. Bush is very attentive, wait is a little long but worth the wait. I always feel accomplished when I leave his office. His office staff are attentive and helpful so far!

Dr. Bush is the most compassionate, thorough doctor I've known. He is my 98 year old mother's primary care physician and she recently had a bad fall. I have been going to Dr. Bush for some time. I find that he is very patient and thorough. Most important for me is that when a specialist doctor is called for, Dr. Bush supports and encourages the use of a specialist to get to the bottom of a medical problem which I have.

He is competent and compassionate. He really cares about his patients.

Dr. Bush took the time to access my overall health. He was genuinely concerned and spent the time to know my health history. I was very impressed with Dr. Bush. I recommend him strongly as a physician who actually cares about his patients.

Dr. Bush is easily the most thorough and effective doctor I've had in my 65 years. He asked many questions and took the time to listen to and address my health concerns. I departed with updated prescription for gout meds and referrals to check a potentially cancerous growth on my face, painful right knee, and bloodwork. Today was my follow-up visit. He took the time to explain my various ailments and how I can build knee flexibility. And I got another referral, this time for a colonoscopy, which was never done by Kaiser. In sum, I couldn't be happier with Dr. Bush!

He was my primary Dr in California and I really like him , he was great! I moved to FL. and I sure miss him.

I have been going to Dr. Bush for several years, I miss the old small office which was very convenient for me and efficient. That said, progress is not possible without change, and he is still extreamly thorough, accommodating, takes detailed notes and puts you at ease with his compassion and listening skills.

Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner..he spends time with you at each visit until both patient and doctor are happy..I would recommend him eveytime..

Dr Bush has been my physician for 10 years, he is simply outstanding, He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable, referrals, prescriptions, are hassle free.

If you are looking for a Dr. who cares and will spend time with you to listen to all your concerns, Dr Bush is the Dr for you. He is very through and patient with you. His staff is courteous and very helpful. I called in one morning very sick and they worked me into his schedule for that day. Now I will admit that the wait time to see him is usually an hour, so I bring a book. This is the only reason I am giving him a 4. But, he will spend an hour with you if needed. I recommend Dr. Bush

Dr. Ronald Bush is absolutely the best diagnostician I have ever been to. I come from a medical family and really appreciate his expertise -- clearly he enjoys practicing medicine and does everything he can to facilitate healing. He spends double the time of other physicians with me and my five friends who are also his patients. He writes everything into a computer and you get a print out when you leave. Hello, I am also a current patient with Dr. Bush and I have noticed the wait time can be a bit long; however, I find the wait time is worth while as I too get to spend more than enough time with Dr. Bush inside the exam room. I can't complain about waiting if I too spend more than ten minutes time with him. I agree, waiting can be frustrating if the Doctor only spends ten minutes, but I do not feel that it applies to Dr. Bush and his staff.

My experience with Dr. Bush was amazing. I am a new patient and I have been with Kaiser forever. I have had severe asthma. He talk with me, did my check-up and went ovver all of my current scripts. I cannot say how happy and relieved I am to be in great care. He is efficient and his entire team is on the same page. How refreshing to know you have a five star doctor 5 minutes away!!!

Dr. Ronald Bush has helped me so much in such a short time of seeing him, in no other way Doctors have before. He helped fix my constant headaches that no one could find a resolution for for over 8 years. He did it in a months time with 1 medication. I am so happy to have found this doctor and highly recommend him to others.

If you want a doctor - a real doctor who cares about your treatment, Dr. Bush is my number one choice. Doctors are required to report time spent to insurance in order to get paid. Dr. Bush is NOT chasing the dollar when you visit him. He takes as much time as YOU need with him to help you. Therefore, when I go to his office, I'm prepared for a long wait. He's very well worth the wait. I'm tired of those doctors who will see you for 5 minutes and bill for 15. Dr. Bush is not this type.

Dr. Bush is very attentive and is very patient and thorough with his exams. He goes the extra mile to explain everything to you and gives you a road map to your well being. The office staff is very polite and accommodating.

Dr. Bush is the finest primary care physician I've ever had. He's thorough, conscientious, respectful, honest, sincere and very professional. He spends quality time with patients and makes certain that he actually hears what you say, unlike doctors who give you a glance, check the chart for your reason for being there and sends you on your way with a prescription. Dr. Bush treats a patient as a real human being. It's so important to have a competent doctor who really listens and is seriously concerned with helping his patients. I have been a patient for about 6 months. Every appointment has resulted in a long wait. Today, an hour and a half and no one gave an explanation or apology. I spoke with the receptionist and said I had to leave for another appointment, because I thought my appointment would only last an hour and after an hour and a half, I still hadn't seen the doctor. The receptionist gave no explanation or apology for my wasted hour and a half. I would not recommend any friends or family.

Dr. Bush is Caring, Professional, and Extremely Knowledgeable. He does not rush your exam, and patiently answers your questions. I have went through several doctors in the valley, and none of them compare to DR. Bush! Doctor Bush also has an extremely competent medical staff working for him. Dulce, and Lesley are wonderful individuals who are always cheerful, polite, and hard working. They always go above and beyond the scope of their duties to ensure your experience at the office is pleasant one. They stay on top of your appointments and tests, and your referrals. They have even helped me with another doctors office who dropped the ball on referral and were able to get me scheduled. They are without a doubt the Best Physician and Support Staff in the entire valley. Had my initial consult with Dr Bush; he was professional, warm, and very thorough. My appointment was later in the day so I expected a wait, but there wasn't even time to read an article on my phone before I was called back. Dr. Bush spent over an hour with me and came out to the lobby to meet my husband afterwards. He dictated as we talked, which I liked, then I could hear his thoughts or next move on any given subject. I honestly am looking forward to my next appointment!

I found Dr bush to be a good listener and very thorough in his examination. I was in the Physiology Department of a medical school for over thirty and thus have had extensive contact with numerous physicians. Based on my experience I am very pleased to have found Dr. Bush and give him my unqualified recommendation.

I am a physician, although not a professional colleague of Dr. Bush. I can go to any primary care physician I choose. My wife and I have chosen him for the past five years. He listens; he explains; he takes time; he cares.

Dr Bush is a very caring physician who listens to your complaints and concerns. He discusses with you how and why he recommends medication for you and makes sure you are up to date with all pertinent testing. The office staff is more than accommodating to your needs whether it is for prescription refills or scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Bush for all your medical needs.
