Dr. Bose is incredible and just repaired an old Root Canal that had badly infected my jaw and sinus. The office staff are very courteous and friendly and Tina the receptionist is very professional and helpful. I will be back for more work in a few weeks.

Saw Dr. Bose about one year ago and she is fantastic. I am going back for retreatment of root canal. I wished all dentists were like dr. Bose. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Bose by a friend for a root canal and couldn't be happier - my tooth wasn't in the best condition but she saved it! She's super talented, friendly, informative, and my overall patient experience was even greater thanks to her awesome assistant, Linda! Great all around - would highly recommend!

I am a (no longer practicing) dental hygienist so I am in a good position to recognize quality in dental professionals, and this is an endodontic practice of high quality. I called for an emergency root canal after my tooth developed consistent pain and I was happy to get Linda on the phone. She was very helpful and knowledgable and got me on the schedule for the next day. They were following good Covid protocal when I arrived and I was impressed immediately with the technology they were using. After a 3-D scan, I was seated and introduced to Dr. Bose. She has an excellent chairside manner and she did a fantastic job with my root canal. The anesthesia was virtually painless and she made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the procedure. Dr. Bose made sure I understood what was happening throughout the procedure and she was very thorough. I was very imprssed when I saw the post-procedure x-rays. She even called later that evening to check up on me after each visit. It was great to be out of pain and to know that she had completed a great root canal. My insurance is a little complicated but Linda expertly helped me out with it. I even got Dr. Ganik on the phone once and he was pleasant and helpful. If I ever need endodontic work again, I will absolutely choose this office. Very unprofessional, was in pain when I came and I am in pain. No followup, after charging me they determined they could not help me. Showed no concern for my well being. Lets be clear, Dr. Ganik did not work on me and I was given no choice or warning, the root canal was done the next day by his associate and not the day same day as I was in pain, I was not given any preparation information or after care information. I never hung up on anyone, the endless arguing on the phone did not help, I was asked to bring my wife in for follow up, I was suppose to have follow up visits, none were offered or suggested, I was told about decay bone loss but I did not know what teeth they referred to, I expressed my appreciation for them seeing me but I was in pain before and after my visit, got an additional shot before leaving which I have never experienced before, and to date Ganik has not talked to me. My oral surgeon received x-rays with no notes or comments. His oral surgeon contacted me without my asking for them to refer me. I now need several teeth extracted at least I should not have had to go thru a painful root canal. I have had root canals, this one was not painless. This dentist is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! I can't believe that I had a pain free root canal. I had a problem with my tooth that had a crown. Dr. Ganik saved my crown while doing an excellent job on my tooth. I have 0 pain tolerance and I can truly say that it was pain free. I was even able to go back to work and train a class when he was done. His office manager Linda is truly Fabulous!!!. I highly recommend this office. This dentist is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! Over the past several years, I've had a number of root canals performed by Dr. Ganik. My root canals have been especially complex and Dr. Ganik consistently remedies the problem with his expert knowledge and skill. He is without question a master endodontist. Not only does he solve the toughest of root canal situations, he explains exactly how is diagnosing the problem and how he will treat it. He and his team have an excellent "bedside manner" and, apart from his craft, he is a delightful conversationalist. By far the best doctor in New York! He knew exactly what he was doing, saved my tooth !!! I went to 3 doctors prior to him and they just wanted to remove it, shame. He spent 2 hours and I felt no pain. Highly recommend!!! And his assistant Linda is a sweetheart! Loved her!

Dr. Ganik is a complete professional, and really cares about his clients. I went to him for my first root canal, and it was the best dental experience I've had since childhood. He carefully explained my ex-rays, what the procedure would be, and the follow up. His assistant, Linda, is amazing and cheerful, totally takes your mind off of things. Dr. Ganik sent me a text the morning of, to check and see how I was feeling and if I was anxious - I've never had a dentist do that before! Compared to several other stories I've heard about root canals, this was a painless and simple procedure done by someone who really takes pride in doing painless and high-quality dentistry.
