Extremely pleased with my service from the Doctor and the wonderful staff.

There was barely a wait at all once I got there. The staff were all very kind. I am having my wisdom teeth removed and the orthodontist made sure I understood everything he plans to do and why before surgery. Will update after surgery ????????

Dr. Laureano and staff are excellent! I have been a patient with them for over 10 years (yeah, I got teeth problems). They are the definition of professional with an excellent bed-side manner. I trust them with my smile.

My appointment was for an initial consultation so I haven’t had any procedure done except an X-ray but I am very impressed with the Dr and his staff. Communication is a wonderful concept that is sometimes little used in a medical setting. This is not true in this practice. Everyone was very pleasant and open and communicated fully with both medical and financial information. My first impression is of a professional caring team and I am looking forward to feeling the same after my next appointment.

He's very disrespectful person that I know because I'm clean and I used to be an addict and he's treated me so bad that it was ridiculous.

Offices are extremely clean, staff was very friendly and efficient, X-ray was best I’ve seen and Dr LAUREANO was excellent and quick. Great job.

He does a great job! he's a great surgeon I recommend him to anyone he's caring and understands! I've talked to his staff and him and they understand my anxiety with my teeth and they help me as much as possible ! They are my place! Everytime!

The staff was kind and attentive when I came to consult with Dr.Laureano regarding an extraction that is needed. I was disappointed that my scheduled appointment is not until March, but I understand his reason for the delay. Debra

I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out here just a couple days ago and an impacted canine surgery a few years ago. Both times they took the best imaginable care of me and had me in the best hands. Obviously no complications either time. Worth driving all the way from Tennesee. Would gladly do so again.

I had 6 teeth removed by Dr. Laureano. He has been great through the entire process. From when I first met him for a consut to the weeks leading up to the surgery itself, he has stayed in contact with me to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. He showed up on time at the hospital for my procedure. He was/is very well-spoken, patient, understanding and genuinely seems to give a sheet about the work that he does and how it affects his patients. I was going to wait until after I was fully healed and THEN grade his performance. But even this early in the game, I feel confident rating the quality of care he provided. Had two front teeth extracted. Cracked one of my teeth next to it. Telling me they aren’t liable, I signed a waiver. It was absolutely preventable. Just would have taken a little more time.

This place is a joke they knew I was extreme anxiety and pushed me right to hospital for surgery. Never been in hospital so first appt I couldnt make cause was very sick thought I had covid. Second time I had thrush I couldn't even sleep or open mouth. He sent me a certified letter saying he would nolonger see me. All my teeth and he knows they are terrible and danger dangerous. Done checked with attorney and if I have severe problems before I get removed he will be.sued He was dr. And dropped for no reason so people go elsewhere. My daughter had an appointment waited four months to get in got there lady was rude when unlock the door then we waited in line man in front of us did not have mask they let him back lady at front desk was very rude when she said you need a mask I did not have one she need a mask shaking her head and looking us up and down I have no problem going and getting a mask but she was rude and the man went back there without one and they could of told us ahead of time but did not. I have a abscessed tooth since July & my dentist referred me to this office for an extraction but they couldn’t get me in till October so the infection has spread to another tooth which caused it to crack & start decaying & now I have to have 2 teeth removed. Keep in mind ive been in excruciating pain so I call to see if I can get in sooner then the woman who answered the phone had the audacity to tell me my second tooth isn’t cracked & decaying because of the infection it’s because I don’t know how to brush my teeth properly?!?!? Everyone is extremely nice here and Dr. Laureano is good at explaining what he is going to do & what to do afterwards. Clean office. Parking is found by the alley behind the building.

My son had several teeth removed in order to get braces after a bike wreak and one was extremely close to a nerve he done a great job and now we are getting the teeth aligned with braces thank you for a great job

One of the best dentist offices I've been to. With in minutes dr. Laureano and his staff got me calmed down and less nervous before surgery. I have EXTREME anxiety due to a prior traumatic event at a different dentist office, and Dr.Laureano couldn't have made me any more comfortable with the process. I was kept in the loop with EVERYTHING that was to take place and had my expectations set from the get go. I was in and out of the office very quickly and now I'm just a few hours post op and no complications or issues after having 2 teeth removed. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially those with anxiety! I just had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out today and had such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions professionally. I even had to cancel my operation one time before and had no issues at all getting it rescheduled. Dr. Laureano listened and truly cared about my concerns. Please do not go to Dr Romeo Laureano. My son was supposed to have a tooth removed yesterday and we arrived about 30 minutes before the time we given to arrive. No one was there. The office staff finally started rolling in at scheduled arrival time. The office manager walked past us and mumbled to us that she'll let us in with a horrible attitude. Even after she went in, it took another 10 or so minutes to be let in finally. By this time, we were frustrated. When asked why no one was here, they provided a whole bunch of excuses with no apologies. They were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my SO. We left before Dr Laureano even arrived. I am now taking my son elsewhere and I told this office what happened and apparently this is very common situation with Laureano. They take many patients with the same exact situation with this place. He needs to retire if he doesn't care about his patients or their time. Please do not go to Dr Romeo Laureano. Wonderful staff & experience!! Can not say enough about this great group of people & Dr Laureano. I had a death the day I went in & the compassion they gave me was overwhelming & so appreciated. Dr. Laureano took my wisdom teeth out as a teenager and did a wonderful job. His staff made me feel at ease for the procedure and provided great care after the fact also.

Don't know why my previous review was removed but I feel it important enough to let people know about this man. Horrible treatment. I wish I would have been able to tell him NOT to touch me but the needle was put into my arm as he was berating me. Horrible experience. His staff was very friendly, however. I want that known as well. Not only would I not recommend this man, I would warn others of him and I have!

I have been going to him since 2001 and I think he is wonderful , very nice and caring .

I'm not sure why he has such a negative review here. I had a very pleasant time with him and his staff. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted in outpatient, without a problem, and he was sure to warn me of possible complications. I haven't scheduled anything urgent with him, so I can't provide any input on that. They called me the day after my surgery to check up on me and I'm definitely pleased with his work. Wait times are great when you're on time for your appointment.

I will recommend to never go to him. He is the worst person ever. He is a rude obnoxious person. He gets angry if you ask him a question about what he is going to do or anything about his credentials. I waited an hour to be treated horribly by him and told how I should be grateful he was seeing me??? He forgot that I was paying him. Unprofessional he needs to crawl back under his rock. I thank God he didn't inject me with his drugs because I probably wouldn't be here today. Please beware!

Going to try and keep this as professional as posible. I went in to his office needing dental surgery preformed. I have very high blood pressure and have had three strokes. We talked about sending me to the hospital for surgery to have me put to sleep through the surgery. He offered me pain medication to help me until the surgery date. I could not have the surgery done on the two dates he offered me as I had a disability app and also my son's 16th birthday. He them became upset with me and said if you want this prescription then these are the dates you have to choose. I told him I would have to reschedule the surgery appointment and I turned down his pain meds as I could not do his appointment times. He then one week later sent me a certified letter stating he would only see me for another 30 days and that I needed to find a new doctor. Well all I can say is this was not a very good experience. Funny how you turn down pain meds then he don't want to see me anymore.............weird I guess........ Going to try and keep this as professional as posible. I have had three teeth extracted by Dr. Laureano on separate occasions, and one consultation when he advised me not to have a procedure. Members of my family have also been his patients. He is kind without condescending, good humored without flippancy, and efficiently competent without coldness. Highly recommended.
