Dr. Rollin Cary Mead

I just received my confirmation phone call about my appointment. Because it was 30 minutes over the 24 hour cancellation policy they are charging me. They had me down for a root canal without examining my tooth. When I asked if I could just have the X-Rays they said I would have to reschedule because exams are booked out another month. So that’s when she told me I’d be charged with a cancellation fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Quick visit. Insulting to me. Arrogant and dismissive. Walked out of room when I had a question. Would never return to this doctor.

This is a very professional and efficient clinic. The wait times are short for appointments. Dr. Mead is excellent at explaining his procedures. As a retired healthcare professional, I highly recommend this practice.

Worst dental experience I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend Dr. Mead to anyone ever. While easy to get into he and his staff are uncompassionate and unprofessional. I was told that I was not a candidate for pain. I experienced the worst pain of my life. Called Dr. Mead and he said take Motrin. Ended up with a horrible infection in my jaw and sinuses. They were supposed to call me to check on me and they never did and I ended up in Urgent care.

Dr. Mead and his staff were very nice and professional. Dr. Mead explained what he was doing and was very aware and considerate of any pain or discomfort I experienced. I also experienced some unusual anxiety and he was very patient.

Keeps you informed during the entire procedure! Extremely patient, caring and kind. The staff is friendly and helpful!

Very good doctor. Extremely good about informing you of each step of the procedure. No pain during. Very good about making sure you won't feel a thing. I've had 3 visits to him and definitely recommend him.
