Dr Rhodes is great in person. But beware! once you leave the office you cannot get anyone to respond. He promised to forward scripts to express scripts for me during an appointment on 4/13/15. It never happened. I have called the office four times and left word on his nurse Paula's voice mail with no response. Express scripts has even contacted his office on my behalf with no response as of 4/22/15. This office does not seem worth the trouble. I will be seeking another ENT office.
