Did they go out of business just wondering

Was a patient with old staff and all was great now with new staff no answering the phone, can't even leave a message, and we went up there walked right in and could not find anyone inside... not sure if there even open

The management of this place is awful. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, unable to leave a message. They also DO NOT handle urgent care here. The sign out front has urgent care blocked out. I wouldn't advise anyone to see anyone at this practice. If there are good providers, they need to leave Legend Health which is what comes up on their website. Unbelievable!

Front desk and all staff pleasant and helpful. Short wait time, as a walk in, once I'd completed paperwork. Building clean and airy, masks and hand sanitizer available.

Literally took 2 and a half hours in the waiting room before I decided to even stretch not looking at the time we sat for another hour only to be seen for an ear infection and watch nurses sit

Don't go to this doctor if you value facts or truth-based data driven science and medicine. The doctor, nurses, and receptionists can't/won't wear a mask. Doctor said there is no pandemic.....what? This is an old, senile, white man and needs to go away.

It really is hit or miss here as far as duration of the wait time, even if you have an appointment. With that being said, Dr. Tindle, and the entire back office staff are fabulous (front office staff is well, about like the wait time). He is very, very knowledgeable and isn’t a prescription pusher. Receptionist and doctor are non compliant with CDC guidelines for masks. My mask triggered this maga doctor. He told me there is no pandemic (a lie), claimed Black Lives Matter is a communist organization (a lie), and claimed his office is a Christian organization. Your first clue is the Bible quoting, American flag and eagle artwork on every wall.

Office staff not wearing masks. Doctor removed his mask while treating me. He stated we are not in a pandemic. He’s a crackpot.

Neither Dr. Tindle nor his staff takes masking seriously. This makes me question other parts of his practice.

After 2 ER visits elsewhere, a epidural block and a chiropractor that wanted to charge me $2500 for decompression. I was referred to Dr Tindle by a friend. I was in a wheel chair day 1 by day 3 was walking in. He is an AMAZING Doctor, the follow up is awesome, he knows just what to look for without me saying much. Sometimes wait can be long but it is worth it because he doesn’t rush and really listens. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Tindle.

Is the jokes nice or rude? That you will have to figure out! Does not like you telling him what has worked for you in the passed and what has. Office manager needs work and so does the staff!

Competent and caring. Ive been coming here for years and have never had a problem. The wait can sometimes be a bit long but thats to be expected and I would rather wait a bit longer then be rush though.

Dr. Tindle is a knowledgable and caring physician. As a retired surgeon, he has a knowledge base to draw from. I truly believe that he may have saved my wife's life. This is a great place and I am very satisfied with my family's service. Complete care center comes highly recommended.

Dr Tindle is the most professional physician and care giver I've found. He listens patiently and his staff works tirelessly on your behalf. You might wait a few more minutes if an emergency case comes in but overall I'd rate the care I've received there an outstanding experience.

Had to take a drug test for a job offer here today and it was a quick and pleasant experience. The woman at the front desk was kind as was the Doctor/Nurse who collected my sample. My favorite part was that it was a very quick no appointment needed in and out process. It was also great that there was no pressure to go immediately if you can't. They let me sit in the lobby until I could go. Both ladies congratulated me on the job offer. Thanks again for the great service. I was charged and had to pay before I even saw the doctor. After I realized how sketchy that was I asked for a refund and left.

AVOID THIS CLINIC! Sub-par doctors, long waits, and they over-charge and double bill you. Both my wife and I, and my kids have been there, so this was not a one time occurrence. We just don't want anyone else having these problems.

Took my child for a sports physical and waited 1.5 hours to be seen. They took payment prior to even being called back to a room. After 75 minutes of waiting we wanted to leave but was told my payment could not be returned. Once we got back to a room we waited another hour. The worst part was there were several workers just sitting around and only one other patient that was also complaining about the wait. Will never return. Went in for a Titer test, usually a 3 day procedure. They brushed me off until and week and a half later, only to tell me that they sent my blood across country to California. I wasn't going to get my test back until two weeks after the initial blood draw. I had been waiting on it for my school program, and had a deadline for the results. Needless to say, I didn't make the deadline. When I finally was able to pick up the results, the woman at the front counter seemed aloof and rude. The situation was already comlicated enough. Staff was very nice, ONLY thing that was ok. I called and explained my situation and need of a referral to the front desk was told no problem so I scheduled an appointment. Waited THREE hours just to be told that it was impossible to get the referral I needed and the big a** JERK Dr Tindle had the nerve to tell me I lied to the front desk to try and connive a referral out of them (without talking to who I spoke with of course I was automatically a liar) which is utterly RIDICULOUS I've never been so upset leaving a doctor in my life oh and they make you pay up front and of course it's non refundable. The front office staff was awesome, I really liked the Nurse Practitioner a lot! My issue was the wait for just my prescriptions when I was done...well over an hour. That frustrated me a bit but otherwise I received good care and will return.

Wait is usually baddd. But its a decent place to go!

Let me start by saying I never get sick or go to the doctor. Had a bad fall on Friday. Went to ER and was told after my 5 days of steroids to go see a general practitioner for and MRI referral if I wasn't feeling better. This clinic got my X-ray done promptly, is fighting with my insurance on my behalf, and the Doctor took the time to personally call me on my cell phone after my visit and address my concerns which means the world to me. Professional, thoughtful care in a comfortable environment.

Our family highly recommends Dr Tindle and his office staff. They are very quick to handle emergency health issues and readily available for health needs. Office hours are amazing and there to help us in time of need. Thank you to Dr Tindle and all the assistants for our most recent visit!

He's professional and asks the right questions. He has a good sense of humor, too.

While Dr Tindle is good and his staff is excellent he fails to read reports sent from other doctors or specialist. I generally pay a co-pay for the first 6 months of the year after being hospitalized and told to see my primary care physician within 3 days upon my arrival I was told that my appointment was for the following day and that I also had a co-pay. With 3 days to Christmas I had no money for the copay that I shouldn't have had to pay since I was just seen in October "16.

Horrible place. My son went here today. He's on my health insurance and I have an Health Savings Account attached. They called me to get the copay before he was seen? Who calls for a payment before they even are SEEN by the docotor? Then she couldn't get the payment from my HSA master card, it works fine I just paid a bill last week with it and has plenty of money in the account.This is NOT on their website that you MUST pay before seeing the doctor. I'm calling my Blue Cross and reporting this place you can't charge someone for a service before it is even rendered. I asked her why I did not see this on their website and she rudely told me I think it's under payment information, checked again all it says that if you have no insurance they accept payment in full at the time of service. Paying upfront for a service like a doctor visit is like going to a mechanic and paying for them to fix my car before it's even diagnosed.. common sense tells me this place is always empty for this reason. Dr. Roland R. Tindle has been my Dr. since high school (10yrs) but I'm older now starting to have some real health issues. I've found that if the answer to your problem isn't staring him right in the face he's problem not going to be up to the task of solving the problem

My family has been patients of Complete Care Center since I993 and we have always received amazing care from Dr. Bouvier who has since left the practice and Dr. Tindle who currently is the attending Physician of his practice. My husband and I currently are working closely with his Nurse Practioner Cindy Davis who is a very caring and thorough Practioner in our medial needs. Skilled nursing staff friendly and compassionte, along with front desk staff. Dr. Tindle and administration have found a way to meet the needs of many through the implementation of a cost effective care system called Health Share Plan. We are thankful for their attentiveness and appreciate their dedication to their practice, patients and to our family. It is a pleasure to give a 5 star rating.
