Always a great experience … Everyone is so kind and helpful . Dr.Chan takes his time ,. Answers your questions ,and is an excellent doctor .

I have been a patient of Dr Chans since 2019. What I like about him was that he has always been very honest, up front, and thorough. He takes the time to explain medical terminology in a way that is relatable and in layman's terms. However with that being said I also have found that there is a big lack of insensitivity and knowledge with respect to patient mental health. As a patient who experiences severe mental health condition such as anxiety and reactive depression, it's confusing.

Had my 3rd visit with Dr Chan & feel like we have an excellent Dr/ patient relationship already. Those sometimes are as rare to find as a good relationship. I have chronic pain & it is wonderful to talk to a Dr that does his job thoroughly. Does not want to over medicate. Explains things in a manner you can understand. I'm very happy with him as my Dr. If you are seeking a rhemotologist real answers and help and even encouragement with how difficult pain is. He is your guy. I highly recommend I'm a nurse who use to be a layman & I know how discouraged you can be when they speak a language you don't understand. U understand it now but he didn't know that. I feel that Dr.Chan was very thoroughwith me . he answed all my questions he gave me knowledge on what I needed to know going further with my health really liked him .

Dr. Chan is a wonderful doctor. He listens and is compassionate with his patients. He answers any questions that you might have about your disease. He is willing to try new approaches and his experience in the field is well known. He is well respected and an awesome doctor. I can call him anytime and his receptionist will find a quick appointment to meet my needs.
