Dr. Rohit Bawa

I had surgery on July 15, 2021. I was never told that Dr Bawa would be putting implants in my nose. He never explained any surgery and his assistant Kristi never came in the room that day for my appointment. He never looked in my nose just ordered a CT scan. I came back to go over my CT scan and Dr. Bawa said he could fix my problem, but no one came in the room to let me know what was going to happen the day of surgery. His assistant said I need you to sign this form for Dr Bawa to do your surgery. I didn't know until the day of surgery I was having implants put in. Surgery was TERRIBLE. You can't breath out your nose you can't swallow, no one told me about this or what to expect. I than have appointment scheduled for my follow up and the day of my appointment I receive a call stating Dr. Bawa isn't going to make it to the office today and that they need to reschedule and I said I'm in pain and the lady said Aw well we need to reschedule so I was told I would have to wait another week. So finally today 8-25-21 I go in and I ask Dr Bawa's assistant how come Dr Bawa wasn't in last week and the girl said yes we were here and I said how come my appt got rescheduled and she said Dr. Bawa had a meeting and you were just a follow up and I said no I wasn't I was in pain and the lady that called me I told her this and she said Aw. The assistant said okay I will let them know. Dr Bawa came in and his assistant..Dr Bawa said it takes time to heal and I said I can't even were my glasses, he said it's only been and he paused and I said 5 weeks. Than again Dr Bawa says it takes time to heal. I tell Kristi about the appt being re-scheduled last week and she said sorry I didn't know you were in pain. All you will get from this office is I'm sorry...I'm sorry. It doesn't matter if your in pain or not. Dr Bawa and his staff do NOT care about their patients at all. Dr Bawa is in it for the money and that's it.

Dr Bawa and kristy went out of their way to make sure I got my sinus surgery . I have had trouble with my ears for months and I was loosing my hearing temporarily. Ears and your sinuses are all connected not to mention I had a sinus infection for 3 months . Kristy even called my insurance company. I’m just very thankful for both of them and would definitely recommend them . Dr Bawa and kristy went out of their way to make sure I got my sinus surgery . He was good to us for the first 13 years. My family provider told us our youngest child, that his t tube is lose and looks like its falling out. Went to Dr. Bawa, he took a small look and said he's fine it's not falling out. Well my child was still having ear problems. Took him to his family provider, and needless to say she found the t tube just laying on the outer canal. So I'm upset with that. Still have the T tube and showing Dr. Bawa at next appointment.

He’s caring, thorough, and quite skilled. He spent extra time with us to completely explain the surgical procedure.

He is an excellent surgeon. All of my kids have seen him and have been treated by him.
