This doctor just wants to make money off of you. I should have read the yelp reviews where previous patients have warned others of him wanting to get you back into his office to make money! I have a PPO insurance and I paid for an office visit ($95)plus $450 for custom made inserts, and I was told to collect them 1 month later. I had no problem with this. However, a month later, when I went to collect these inserts, he charged me another $95 just to tell me which insert to put into which shoe (these were labelled). He then gave me a form with some simple instructions (I could have read on my own) and the visit took less than 5mins!! I've picked up eye glasses, friends tell me they have picked up dentures, hearing aids and other prosthetics and have never been charged a $95 office visit to collect what has already paid for and get printed instructions on using it!! The office manager did not want to hear anything and just kept saying every time you see the doctor you have to pay an office visit. This really should have been considered as one visit - it's not my fault it takes their lab one month to make the custom inserts! It wasn't a new problem or diagnosis or even a follow up to see whether they were working out ok, it was a collection of a treatment I had paid for! He wanted to see me again a month later when previously he said it would be a 6month or yearly follow-up. Again it seemed he was just interested in calling you back for 5mins to make money! Never makes his appointment expect to wait 30 minutes to a hour. Poor service. I guess the surgery was fine.

Dr. Roger is one of the best physicians I have dealt with in my life! His whole staff are great! He shows kindness and dedication to the patient in front of him! His empathy and experience are unmatched!
