Not an honest opthamologist, in my opinion. He needs to learn that making an accurate diagnosis in a timely matter is important. Often times, he fails to tell the whole truth in his documentation and omits the admission of his errors. Personally, I would not recommend him. Also, Very difficult management to work with.

Saw him at a VAMC. Friendly guy but I found him to be dishonest in my medical file. When I asked him about it he became very defensive. His female assistant needs some extra training about medical reporting and documenting; she wrote things in my notes that didn't even apply to me or my eye concerns. Absolutely the worst when it comes to follow-up from the Dr. Thomas and the management team there. After voicing my concerns they cancelled my follow-up eye appointment. Personally, I wouldn't recommend him or the services from that clinic. This eye clinic has many rude, uncaring, incompetent staff and management.
