Dr. Roque is very thorough, caring, personable and compassionate. He takes time to hear you and makes sure you understand what he is doing and why. He is also very funny. There is never a dull moment when you visit him. I just love him!!! ??

Dr. Roque has been my Dr for almost 30 years now. He and his staff are great. His office is always clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is this office is very good. I would recommend Dr. Roque to anyone looking for a new Dr they can get to know, trust and appreciate.

While Dr. Roque may have been a good doctor in the past, he has now lost his way in medicine. Watch out for unnecessary tests, hospitalizations, and misdiagnosis. He even told me he has too many patients.

Dr.Roque saved my life . I was diagnosed with heartburn and I went to see Dr.Roque . Upon seeing me he immediately got on his personal cell phone and had me an appointment the next morning with a cardiologist . After my exam I was taken by Ambulance to the hospital , my widow maker was 100 % clogged . 3 days later I had triple by-pass surgery . If not for Dr.Roque I would have taken zantac until my death. I have been a patient of Dr. Roque for over 10 years. He is very caring and takes the time to listen to you and answer your questions. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Roque saved my life because he scheduled a mammogram.

Dr. Roque is excellent. He cares and that is something you don’t find in many doctors today. He remembers your name and situation/condition. He doesn’t handout medication and send you on your way, he makes sure you have a return visit to see how you are doing. Dr. Roque is the best of the best doctors! His staff is also excellent at their jobs! While they may seem short with you at times it’s because they are doing the job of three people and the number of patients (35-45) that go through the office in one day are many and they must continue work or they will be behind. Make sure your questions are important. If you must have on time appoints go to a doctor with fewer patients. Dr. Roque won’t turn anyone away because he tries to take care of everyone. Insurance will be the only reason you can’t see Dr. Roque. The doctor will not rush through an important visit but will rush through a routine visit to get to the really sick. Dr. Roque cares for you diligently and/or sends you to a specialist when he realizes you need specialized care.

I have COPD End and Dr Roque has taken excellent care of me for the last five years.

Dr. Roque is a compassionate, caring and professional doctor. He is definitely not a pill pusher whose main goal is money. He places the comfort and care of his patients FIRST; and he listens. He has a sense of humor.

Dr. Roque is one of the most caring doctors we know. He always takes time to listen to our questions, answers thoroughly, and goes above and beyond in alerting us to things we need to know. He is the best of the best and he shows that he cares for his patients.

So, my husband has been seen by Dr. Roque for years. He changed jobs that no longer offered health insurance and did not make an appointment for approximately a year. We purchased private health insurance so he could finally go back to see his doctor. The day before the appointment the office woman calls him to say, "Since you haven't been seen since 2016, you are no longer a patient." WHAT??? It's only 2017. It's only been a year. What kind of health CARE.. key word...does this??? Don't bother.

I enrolled in LillyCares because I cannot afford my copay. They will only deliver my meds to the doctor, not me or a pharmacy. Dr. Roque's office did not notify me of receipt of the insulin and in the meantime gave it to other patients. The boxes had my name and other personal information on them. I am caught between a rock and a hard place. Lilly is trying to resolve this, but Roque is firm about not receiving deliveries. His staff have not been very kind to me as I need this in order to live.

drs and staff willing to do whatever it takes to help!!Issues only arise when you try to refill scripts...Always go in to the office to fill out script refill form....and always follow up on faxed forms....they get pretty busy!!?
