Roger John Kruse

It has been four and a half years since Dr. Kruze performed stem cell therapy on both of my knees. I was tremendously happy with the results. Now it has run its course and I am seriously considering a second treatment. Dr. Kruze is extremely knowledgeable, professional and straight forward. I was, and still am, over weight and the doctor honestly and correctly lets me know that it is detrimental to my health and the successfulness of the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Kruze and his procedures.

I cannot imagine my life without having stem cell treatment by Dr. Kruse. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring doctor. He is a teacher. I have had up to 3 young doctors in the exam room with Dr. Kruse. Thank you for teaching others something that relieves pain without invasive surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Kruse to EVERYONE!

I won't ever go back nor recommend anyone to him he's rude and has no followup for patients in severe pain and the stem cell procedure is joke they take your money and dont cateandthen

So I went to this doctor for Osteoarthritis in my hands. The first visit I was given cortisone shots in both hands. No relief. Next I was prescribed a topical cream, that didn’t help, and Physical Therapy. The Office refused to send a pre-auth for the cream to my insurance company, stating it’s the pharmacies job. While continually calling back and forth, time lapsed so I ended up paying for it out of pocket $65 . Also, I was told by PT that they couldn’t help me either $50. When I went back for a follow up visit, this doctor said he never sent me to the PT. I told him I had a script from him so that was where I went. He said he would never send me there, and it must have been another doctor! I said no and so he humiliated me in front of his staff and the patients in the waiting room, embarrassing me by making me follow him through the office down the hall while yelling at me! When we got back he told the nurse to take me in a room and talk to me . She shut the door and then she said “for future reference, never tell Dr. Kruse something he says won’t work. Having been in severe pain, for many months, radiation from my right shoulder all the way to my fingertips i was referred to have some work done by Dr Kruse. I couldn't have got a better doctor, he explained every step of the way what he was going to do, it was not easy, for me either, having an epidural in the neck due to having bulging discs trapping nerves, but after the first session the pain add gone from my shoulder and upper arm. Yesterday i had the second session and today is the first day that i have had without the slightest hint of pain whatsoever. A Dr i would well recommend tip anyone. Terrible experience with this Doctor and staff. Zero bedside manor , humiliated and accused of lying by doctor . Staff lack knowledge of billing procedures.

Excellent Doctor - always spends the right amount of time with me, communicates extremely well and explains things in easy to understand terms. Very nice and very professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Dr Kruse and staff have done an excellent job in repairing my arthritic knee using stem cell therapy. I highly recommend this facility.

Spent 4+ hours on the phone over the course of 5 months with billing staff and insurance trying to figure out why the 6th regular follow-up office visit was billed incorrectly as an ambulance service??? After 5 bills we are now "in collections" for their mistakes that they apparently can't resolve even after insurance tells them how to correctly bill it 3 different times. Just paying it out of pocket to make this fiasco stop. Doc seemed rushed... but was ok until staff messed it up.
