When he first started, Dr. Brockbank was great. As he's become established, he became more impersonal and even arrogant. One of the receptionists said he's 'so busy' now that he's in the stake presidency. That's irrelevant and unprofessional. The last time I saw him I said I hadn't been to him for awhile because at the previous appointment I had to wait 3 (yes, three) hours. He shrugged it off like it was nothing.
The absolute best! I have never met a more caring doctor than Dr Brockbank. You never feel rushed, he takes time to understand your needs/concerns, and really takes an interest in your health. He cares and it shows.
Dr. Brockbank is wonderful! Great bedside manner, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Dr. Brockbank and staff!
He’s very thoughtful and caring. My favorite thing is that he listens to what you say rather than jumping to conclusions!
He is very thorough and thoughtful and always asks clarifying questions questions to be sure he’s got the whole picture. My husband and I have been going to him since we moved here 13 yrs ago.

We love Dr. Brockbank. He never acts hurried (although I'm sure many times he is) listens carefully to what you say and checks things out thoroughly. He is very kind, as well. We have been going to him for at least 10 yrs, and appreciate his care very much!
best doctor around, gets to the bottom of all your issues. he wont stop until you feel better. My family and My extended family go to Dr. Brockbank. Really the very best!!!

Dr Brockbank is the best doctor period. I consider him a true friend.
He has been my family physician for a few years, and I am always impressed by the professionalism and involvement he has. I can always tell that he really cares about me and my family. In fact, as a future provider myself, I want to pattern my bedside manner after things I have learned from Dr. Brockbank.
Dr Brockbank is an outstanding doctor! He listens to your concerns, answers questions, never acts rushed (although I'm sure he is), and seems to get it right every time. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Brockbank has been an amazing primary physician. He has worked with me through many sicknesses, broken bones and well care. He is understanding, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I have recommended him to many of my friends and they love him too. He has earned my trust.

Dr. Brockbank is excellent. He was the primary care physician for most of our residents at the Ashford Assisted Living and the residents and families loved him. Excellent bedside manners. He's very knowledgeable and humble. I'd highly recommend him.

My daughter has been experiencing heath issues and has been to numerous doctors and providers. They had ruled out several things, but were only able to guess at what the real issue might be. Dr. Brockbank asked great questions and really listened. He listed some potential things it could be. He is very knowledgeable, is a great listener, and explains information well. My entire family will be moving our business to him! We have been looking for a great family doctor and our search is now over!
