Dr. Rodrick N. Love

We saw Dr. Love for screening for a fetal heart defect and obviously take the situation very seriously. He did not seem to take it seriously at all, and came into the room cracking jokes and could barely be bothered to answer my obviously earnest questions. He then informed us in extremely informal terms that our baby is a “Sasquatch” and repeatedly told me that I’d need to smoke a cigarette and drink tequila after delivery because this baby is “so enormous.” I can’t imagine any pregnant woman wants to hear her baby described in these terms, let alone someone who is clearly trying to ask real and concerned questions. He also slipped and told us the sex of our child when we had explicitly discussed with him the fact that we were not finding out. His approach to care was far too casual for us and more focused on being funny than on addressing our concerns and potential issues.

Dr Love is a fantastic doctor, he makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the examination. His fantastic bedside manner is another huge factor for me, having that makes all the difference. He explains everything to you as he goes along and not in a confusing way. I definitely very highly recommend him as a obstetrician / gynecologist.

Dr. Love was outstanding in his approach to our situation. My wife went into labor at 17 weeks with twins, days away from a failed pregnancy; however, Dr. Love was able to put in a cerclage, even though it is not beneficial. Throughout the pregnancy Dr. Love was always checking in and making sure everything was coming along as smoothly as possible.

I’m sure growing up Dr Love had a hard time choosing whether to be a comedian or a doctor but with a name Love I imagine the choice to be an OBGYN was easy. We enjoyed all our appointments with him. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also was hilarious and really put us at ease.

Dr Love was so nice and he answered all my questions and give me a peace of mind about my sun he is also so funny can’t thank you enough Dr and my baby now is 18 months.

He has the warmest disposition and the best bedside manners Ive ever seen. I just wanted to hug him when I left. He made our day brighter.

There was a mix up but long story short I ended up getting into this office and I'm glad I did! Dr. Love is the greatest and not to mention hilarious. I was nervous but he made me forget about everything!! Kudos to him!!! He is absolutely amazing at what he does!! I'd reccomend him to anyone and I'm scheduled to go back!! Love u Dr. Love!!??

The office was very clean and the staff were very professional. Dr. Love was friendly and made sure your visit with him was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this particular office and staff members.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Love today his personallity is very full and bubbly..he answered all of my questions and concerns he also dropped some knowledge on me and the hubby about a few other issues ..i would definetly reccomend Dr love..he has the type of personality to cheer you up if your having a bad day (we waited quite a while to be seen but it's ok

A lot of people love his personality and jovial-ness... but he’s a high risk dr and I feel like needs a measure of sobriety when talking to you about these things. I can see how he can help folks not to worry, but his attitude is too nonchalant for my taste.

Dr. Love was a joy to have. Even dealing with gestational diabetes issues, he still made me feel comfortable with it all. Any questions I had, he was eager to answer. I would recommend him to any soon to be mom's. He is awesome!

While Dr. Love was extremely friendly and informative. My numerous requests to be put on medical leave after my cerclage and cervix funneling were all denied. Why I am not sure maybe he felt I was lying about the pressure and pain I was experiencing from 20 weeks. I delivered at 27 weeks. It could have been avoided. I hope my baby makes it. I should have been able to be on bed rest I would still be pregnant. I wish I would have had a doctor who listened to me and didn’t just “hope” it works out.

Dr.Love is an outstanding doctor who I can tell he really loves his job. He is always up beat. I'm so thankful he is apart of my team and helping me stay on track.
