Waited three months for an appointment on Feb 27. We both took the day off, Dr. T called in sick. The work at home staff said we might be able to reschedule in June. No doctor is worth waiting 6 months to see.

We waited over 3 months to see the doctor on Feb 27, he called in sick at 05:30. We got a two hour notice the appointment was cancelled. We both took vacation days to see him. The work at home staff said they would reschedule one appointment in June. Who wants to wait over 6 months for your first visit when it might be cancelled again with no priority on the reschedule?

Good luck. Try to get appointment or anyone to even answer the phone. I truly miss dr ferguson. You cannot get to see doctor. If you have a rare occasion you might see the nurse.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor instead of allowing em to talk he was rude and cut me off hardly spent any time with me or checking me over. Basically said I was just fat and needed to buy my own food even though I tried explaining my living situation didn't allow for that.i was literally on the verge of bursting into tears because of how terrible a do tor visit that was ,even after going home and talking about it almost caused me to burst into tears. The desk staff does not help at all. I went to the dr. office for a copy of my Florida Shot vaccine record. The office lady told me they don't provide the record unless the vaccine was given in the dr. office, which is not true. I got a copy of it before and this time I need an updated copy. I insisted and she rolled her eyes and checked on the computer and printed a summary document, not the Florida Shot version. I told her again that I need a copy of the Florida Shot verson. She said she can't. Then I request to get a copy of medical record and make an appointment with the doctor to get a Florida Shot version. The she said she can't. She said other persons are at lunch. There is only her at the front desk. If she can't do what she supposed to do, why do they leave her at lunch time? It supposed to do whatever you should do to keep the office running. Dr. Torres sincerely cares about your health and wellbeing. He is very thorough. He listens and never rushes you. His nurse and front desk are sweethearts. The office is spotless, I love that. So happy I found him.

Would not recommend . With an appointment you wait at least 2 hours to see the doctor , because , they take walk- in -patients before you , and from what I've seen , aren't emergencies . And some of the girls at the desk are rude . If you call the office and leave your name , number and other info as directed , no one returns your call . If you happen to remain after 2 hours and finally see Dr. Torres , he is very knowledgeable and helpful . Long story short. I'd recommend the Dr not the local

I did not see Torres. I had a horrible experience. The front desk staff is rude and not knowledgeable.The place is a germ pool. The wait time is ridiculous. I was the youngest to walk through that door. The best thing about the visit was the nurses and the NP i saw. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
