Rodolfo Molina

I searched for a new DR after changing insurance and ended up at Dr. Molina. I was an established patient with a regimen of medication for 3+ years, just needed med management. The NP ordered blood tests which were tricky to get done, between COVID, work, travel, and other commitments, but I had plenty of medication to last me, so I did not schedule another appointment for a couple of months until I was able to finally get the blood tests taken care of. I called to schedule an appt after testing to find that I had been discharged by Dr. Molina for medical non-compliance??? I saw his NP like three times, took a little extra time to get the tests before going back again, while still taking my medication everyday, and got discharged for non-compliance? I tried to explain the situation but they won't hear it and little Mr. Rudolfo isn't willing to lift his discharge. Now I really MAY be non-compliant if I can't find another provider and get in quickly before my medication runs out.

I have seen many doctors for my bipolar disorder. He is the first one to put me on medicine that doesn't make me foggy and sleepy. I have finally found a cocktail that works!

Do not see him. I ended the visit in tears and ended up with a drug that made me worse. He was belittling, made me answer yes or no with no further explanations and told me I was rambling, questioned what I was telling him, and almost mocking me at times. I’ve actually never met a more rude doctor, I’m appalled at his behavior and someone that struggles with mental health should not be subject to his treatment. No compassion at all!

I left Dr Molina's office shaken. He is the crassest, most judgmental, least professional doctor I have ever visited. To list a few particularly upsetting incidents, he * asked me if I were a "cutter" almost as soon as the appointment began; * expressed exaggerated contempt for the medical decisions some of my previous physicians had made; * demanded that I answer "yes" and "no" questions without any further commentary, snapping at me anytime I tried to provide even brief context for my answers; * angrily berated me for forgetting to reveal all my former medications; * interrogated me about the severity of my depression, demanding that I classify it as "mild" or "moderate" and then using information I had confided in him to mock my choice; and * grimaced, chuckled, and made faces in response to my answers to personal questions. People seeking help deserve better than the contempt with which Dr Molina treated me. I urge you to seek another provider if possible.

We went in for a new patient visit with the doctor today. Despite struggling with mental illness for years, I have not had a doctor that seems to have a total lack of empathy for a patient. Despite trying to contact the offices about this directly, I was fobbed off and told that he was with us for plenty of time and had offered a plan of action and that he was not responsible for anything else. I sincerely hope no one else has had this experience with him, however I am hoping that this will help ensure no one else ever does.

I had a really bad depression and he was the best doctor I found. I am alive thanks to him.

Dr. Molina has treated my son for 16 years and has provided with excellent care. He was empathic, professional, patient, caring and saved his life numerous times and improved his quality of life, too. He provides excellent, compassionate care.

Dr. Molina is a patient thorough doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Rude, disrespectful, dismissive, arrogant. A caricature of a psychiatrist. A disgrace to his field. Totally unburdened by compassion or respect for patients. I recommend seeking help from someone else, someone, perhaps, with the gift of human kindness. Or at least someone who tries to fake it.

He's well educated, listens, and provided me a rational and reasonable diagnosis. Thumbs up from me.
